Terrible experience! Missing a burger and my drink, food was not prepared the right way. Fries weren’t even half way filled in the carton! Didn’t get a receipt when I requested one! The young male that was at the window shut the window on me as I was talking to him, he was extremely DISRESPECTFUL 😡 I live in OV so it was quite long to drive all the way back to Jack in the Box! I’m so disappointed! I will NOT be going back to this location ever again

I am so sick and tired of this being the closest jack in the box. They get my order wrong every time. I dont even make changes to the items as in special reqyeat yet they always for get one item in my order without fail.

Got out of bed at 5 am just to order my food on the mobile app just to go and find out the restaurant is closed. Wasn’t on the app. Now I have to jump through hoops just to get my refund. What a joke

Came with an online order for a Munchie Meal, drink, and two tacos. I happened to be on my motorcycle and went through the drive through. Gentleman at the window recognized this and put all my food in an extra bag, plus my single drink inside a carrier. This helped it stay upright in the bag so I didn't have to pull over and put everything in my backpack. Amazing quick thinking service with no flak or issues being on an alternative vehicle.

The people that work the drive-thru window here look like they don't even want to be there. Sometimes they're frustrated that they even have to help or that they're so over working there. I understand it's a Jack in The box it is definitely fast food and I know that's not exciting or the best job but putting a smile on your face and pretending like you actually want to help customer is what you're supposed to do regardless of how you feel.
