Our *ENTIRE* order was wrong. Minus, I'll admit, the 4 tacos. Grilled cheese instead of my #11 wrong fries/no fries x 2 wanted to try their special spicy waffle fries & no drink..
Update: Headed to correct our order without the receipt they didn't give me or offered.. waited in line another almost 30 minutes š and the line did not move at all. Barely made it to the "height clearance" bar and gave up. Too hungry. Avoid this place if possible .... this happens way too often at the ina I10 location too much, and I'm officially over it.

From the time we got in drive thru lane to receiving food, we were there for 47 minutes. Our coke tasted like flowers and my husband's burger tasted like it was made yesterday. People 2 cars behind us were yelling and honking out of frustration for the wait. The cashier did ask us as she was handing us our food if we wanted another drink for the wait, but by that time we just wanted to drive away because of the line behind us. We did not want to take anymore time. Very disappointed and will not return.

Update: the wait times are improving. LOVE that they always get the order right. We stop by here from time to time. Always LONG waits but usually the food is right when we get it, unlike the Oracle and River location.
Came at 11:21 on 1/4 and a fella took my order on the speaker com. I asked for an Oreo shake. He told me āthey were focusing on orders and couldnāt make a shake right now and that they were cleaning the machineā smh itās called lazy.
