Missed out 3 items on my order. Food is so so. Never coming back here ever again. Bunch of incompetent people working there. Sad really, don't do this to yourself.

The overall atmosphere is nice, but things like the soda fountain aren't always working 100%. Some drinks will always be unavailable. The last time I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger, there was a bone in the beef! (At least I think it was a bone. It was definitely some kind of hard chip and I dare not think what else it could have been!) Prices on the menu don't match what you're actually charged, so always check your receipt. Tables are often dirty. Not my favorite JITB location.

Open all the time and usually good, but can be difficult to get serviced at the counter quickly and the lobby is frequently messy. Normally wouldn't speak out in respect of the late night struggle but the towing is extremely strict I was parked for less than 15 minutes while in the lobby and it was towed as they seemed to not think I was a customer, though the homeless masses can huddle and loiter there (which is more reasonable for them)though I just fealt it was an overly rushed tow and unfriendly at a 3am empty parking lot.

Very good food. The efficiency of cooking good qualify hamburgers at a reasonable timely manner; is what sets this Jack in the Box aside from other fast food restaurants.

I got the sourdough breakfast sandwhich it was so dry and the ham tasted bland. The whole thing was really not enjoyable. The fries are also miniature size. Would not come here again.

Went through the drive-thru, it was a bit of a fight to get the order right, but that happens with ambient microphones. Got the order and two of three sodas were diet for no reason (not denoted in any way). Order also took absurdly long to come out to us (there was not another human being on the premises who didn't work there).

Staff were playing games in the dining area. Service was so-so. Food was pretty greasy.

Was asked to pull forward, then back up to the window again by employee after paying for food, then out of frustration from this not being the first time asked to do this, we asked "why do we have to do that?", to which we received a rude response by Bianca which was, "You don't have to do anything, I asked you nicely if you could do it; our drive up window has a timer and there's only a minute left for your car and we're not suppose to go over the timer". Or some s*** like that. Which brings many other questions to mind... but ultimately, she slammed the window (almost) shut and continued to talk s*** to coworkers to which I opened the window back up and asked for a refund. Not the first of many disappointing trips here. I get it, you have policies to abide by for work, but McDonalds and Taco Bell NEVER have asked customers something ridiculous as doing that.
