The absolute worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. The drive through requires you to pull to the front of the store and wait every single time and it's a dice roll if they even remember you are there. and the food is mediocre compared to other JITB locations.

No one is at the counter waited here for 20nminutes 0 customer interaction couldn't even get a cup for my drink or even ask about my Uber eats order that I was delivering. Would be better off if you just went through the drive through.

Crackheads work here, but they didn’t mess up my order too bad. I ordered a sprite and got a coke, but she easily fixed that. She also forgot to close the window so I got to hear the entire convo she had with her crackhead manager while my burger was being made. I wouldn’t expect anything more from Jack in the Crack on craycroft and 22nd.
This location is always really good to me, always polite and welcoming to regular customers and others. This location including the restrooms is always clean and quick service when dining in. Thanks y'all!

We stopped in to this location today, and we will not be back, we stood at the counter for a good 25 minutes being ignored by the staff, so we left, and as we were walking out, we're asked if we we're ready to order, too late at that time! So it just is what it is.

The food is good but put a small amount of the tacos in the tiny tacos, the service was really disappointing and just felt uncalled for and unnecessary. I witnessed one of the employees yell at someone I had bought food for, I got it for him because I wanted to help someone. I tried telling her but she wasn’t listening and kept yelling at him, she then tried to give the food to us after i already told them it was for him. I feel like if I didn’t stay and wait then they wouldn’t have given it to him. I also asked him to wait there so I can give it to him, he was trying to fill a small cup with any drink he could find. I called him to my car and told him I was buying his food, I gave him a drink before he drank the different liquids he found in the trash thank god.
