This Jack in the box is by far the worst one in Tucson... I actually paid an extra 1.50 for cheese and jalapenos to be added to my fries and this is what they gave me .. can you see anything? This is only this time around.. I came here last week and they told me they had only diets sodas or unsweetened iced tea.. then when my husband went inside they all of a sudden had more non diet options.. I swear this is the reason Jack in the Box is not very well liked anymore.. so sad because I really used to live this place... Boo Jack boo!!! Me and my family is very disappointed in you.. thanks for falling so below standards..

This location is obviously bad because the service.,. the food was Not Hot My bun was really hard, I couldn't Eat My sandwich 🥪 I was really upset with the food,, the crust of the buns was hard and I tossed it in the garbage 🗑️.. needless to say I will Not be back to this location..

The absolute worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. The drive through requires you to pull to the front of the store and wait every single time and it's a dice roll if they even remember you are there. and the food is mediocre compared to other JITB locations.

No one is at the counter waited here for 20nminutes 0 customer interaction couldn't even get a cup for my drink or even ask about my Uber eats order that I was delivering. Would be better off if you just went through the drive through.
