Food was small for price service was good cashier repeated multiple times to make sure she had understood what we were ordering and to make sure it was accurate. Food came out fairly fast, sketchy area but they can’t control that overall 3 star only because of portion size to price paid

Food readiness took 20 minutes more than the promised time. So 30 minutes later, after the vehicles that were behind us were receiving their food orders, our cold food was brought to our car. Gremlins Midnight Meal is supposed to include: 2 Chicken Strips 2 Tacos Halfsies Fries 4 Onion Rings Midnight Sauce Giveaway Air Freshener Nothing was fresh or hot, No midnight sauce was given and they also forgot the Gremlin giveaway air freshener. The fries were limp and inedible and had to be thrown away. Completely disappointed, Never going back!

Very unsatisfied!! Understand its fast food but it was cold food, seems like it had been left from an earlier order. Not what i seemed to order, nothing like the menu picture. Very sad because I love Jack in the box! I dont think I will be ordering for quite awhile. Not satisfied at all :(

This store is awesome. I stop here at least twice a week because I'm a veteran, and I have to go to the VA. Hospital, but honestly, I would not go anywhere else within the vicinity. Love this place. The people are always great. Management, please commend your staff.They are always on it! A great operation, thank you!

Everything was good until I got my food the tacos feels stale when I bit into it and the taco looked as if they sucked the soul out of the taco looks like a rasin look how sad it looks 💀 Then again I don't know anyone else who eats tacos at Jack in the box so maybe they don't serve Tacos as much as burgers fries and other menu items.
