I placed a mobile order for this store at about 11:15pm on March 06 for a munchie meal, some chicken strips, some sauced and loaded wedges and a shake. Not a single item was prepared correctly or for quality.

The patties on the burger were either burnt to holy hell or really old, because I haven't had a burger that dry in a long time. Literally no sauce, and it was supposed to just be a regular ultimate cheeseburger with no mustard. Jack in the Box doesn't heat press their burgers; there is a timer on the grill that you start when placing the patties on the grill with the press of a button, and it tells you when to flip it and then take it off, easy as that. You're not supposed to overflow your bins with old meat, and you just have to take the meat off of the grill on time. So, if all of these procedures were followed, how did my patties get that gross?

The chicken strips were 100% rushed out of the fryer; chicken was not chewy, felt way undercooked if anything. I didn't even end up eating a full piece after the first couple bites. I get being busy and trying to rush, but I really don't get serving your customers undercooked chicken. That's a health safety violation in itself.

I ordered sauced and loaded wedges, and instead got cold and plain wedges with no sauce and no, well, anything.

I ordered a shake, but was told they were unable to serve it at that time. Usually, this doesn't bother me, but I worked at Jack for over a year and have performed every shift at every time available for those shifts, including the graveyard shift. I know very well that some workers at night refuse to give out shakes solely because they are unwilling to clean the shake machine and put it back together. For a 24/7 location with multiple people running around in the kitchen, there really is no excuse for this other than laziness and apathy; I remember cleaning the machine myself during rushes or just quickly to accommodate the customer, and I can't see why you would be unwilling to serve shakes with the cleaning process being that simple.

If the POS system is as I remember it, there was no pending reset on the POS system for at least almost 3 hours that would incline workers to stop serving items either. There really isn't a great excuse here.

The entire process was rushed. Usually, this doesn't bother me too much, but again, NOT A SINGLE ITEM CAME THROUGH FROM THE ORDER AS IT SHOULD'VE. When Jack's chicken is cooked properly, it literally falls apart in your mouth, and same with the burgers honestly; I don't see how you could honestly make every item in the order poorly/wrong in this setting. I know the ordering screen on their end explicitly tells them what the food is, and should be pretty clear on whether an item is sauced and loaded or not. I've eaten this stuff every day when I worked, again, for over a year at Jack.

I made my food fresh, and no one (including myself) complained about the quality of my food. Why would you want to serve someone poor quality food? Why is it so hard to find this quality in other people?

I will be attempting to reach out to corporate and the store itself to file a complaint and to see what I can do about the order or a refund for at least the parts of the order that were flat out wrong/absent from the order, if not just the entire order.

Hopefully the issue with quality control is resolved before it becomes an issue for your other customers as well.

The only reason it didnt receive the 5 stars is due to the fact that they were understaffed during the morning shift so the wait inside was a little long. Other than that how well the only 2 people working there handled everything was very impressive.

I stopped there for a cola because the Tucson bike loop ends there. (It doesn't really, but I didn't know where it continued) The cola was fine. Not a great location.

Food was small for price service was good cashier repeated multiple times to make sure she had understood what we were ordering and to make sure it was accurate. Food came out fairly fast, sketchy area but they can’t control that overall 3 star only because of portion size to price paid

Food readiness took 20 minutes more than the promised time. So 30 minutes later, after the vehicles that were behind us were receiving their food orders, our cold food was brought to our car.
Gremlins Midnight Meal is supposed to include:
2 Chicken Strips
2 Tacos
Halfsies Fries
4 Onion Rings
Midnight Sauce
Giveaway Air Freshener
Nothing was fresh or hot, No midnight sauce was given and they also forgot the Gremlin giveaway air freshener. The fries were limp and inedible and had to be thrown away.
Completely disappointed, Never going back!
