The employees are rude and was going to charge us for ice and ranch packets and said even though we bought something to eat said we could only stay for a half hour . They don't have to be so damn rude to their customers . Customers is always right . Asked for 2 tacos with no sauce and they had their kids their playing around . Im glad this location is closing as a matter of fact a past employee threatened to spit in my food at one time . Just close all fast food joints down m

I had an hour to wait on the bus so I went into the jack in the box to get me a quick bite. There was no one at the cashier's and the couple at the kiosk took over 45 minutes to order that I ran out of time to order had to leave without any food.

Just got leaving this location the person at the window told me they did not have military discount. I have been a jack in the box so many times after serving 8 yrs military. And serving in Iraq 2009 - 2010 . The cool thing about Jack-in-the-Box it’s one of the only fast food places that do honor or military but this location does not respect anybody that has served the person at the window went on to tell me that they have a new system that they don’t have Military discount Then came back stating she was the manager and found the button for the military discount unbelievable that she treats our service members with such disrespect
