Just got leaving this location the person at the window told me they did not have military discount. I have been a jack in the box so many times after serving 8 yrs military. And serving in Iraq 2009 - 2010 . The cool thing about Jack-in-the-Box it’s one of the only fast food places that do honor or military but this location does not respect anybody that has served the person at the window went on to tell me that they have a new system that they don’t have Military discount Then came back stating she was the manager and found the button for the military discount unbelievable that she treats our service members with such disrespect

I ordered ten of the two tacos via the website a little after 6pm on Saturday Dec. 7th for pickup. My friend walked up to the restaurant to pick up the order and arrived around 6:30 PM. Upon returning to my home she exclaimed to me while very upset that they were refusing to give her extra taco sauce that I asked her to request. While I ordered the tacos through the website with extra lettuce, sauce & extra cheese that I paid for, I still like extra sauce because I like a lot of sauce and even when ordering them with extra sauce they still seem to only put the normal amount. Which is why I request more. We’re paying customers first of all. This is HIGHLY unacceptable and beyond poor customer service but it didn’t end there… as we began to open our tacos to eat I immediately noticed there was another issue. My tacos had no extra lettuce, sauce or the extra cheese I paid for. They barely even put any lettuce on them at all. I immediately called the store to tell them about the issue requesting to speak with the manager on duty & I was met with a very rude response and attitude after I explained the problem. The so called manager “Cassandra” literally told me I could just come up there and get the extra lettuce and cheese to put on my “Already made” tacos myself!! Are you serious?!! I told her that is extremely unacceptable as I’d like my order remade and made correctly as ordered. She replies to me “the tacos were already made but we’ll remake them & you can come get them, give us like 10 minutes” then rudely just hangs up the phone. No apology or anything!! That manager needs to be demoted and replaced immediately. This is so unacceptable and the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this location. I don’t usually have any issues with my food or orders here so this was a first. While this is a horrible location as it is with the homeless druggies that hang around… the food and service is usually ok but this night was sad & very disappointing.
Horrible experience! They bagged my food. Then they took it, and put it in the drive through orders. Made me wait 30 minutes then gave me cold food. Never again.

Do tell me why tonight- WHY DID I COME TO A 24/7 FOOD PLACE (arrived at 1am just after midnight Sunday night Now "Monday") TO BE TOLD BY THE WOMAN AT THE INTERCOM THEY WERE *CLOSED right now* I wasn't told they were cleaning. wasn't given an explanation or apology. BUT WAS TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED. I just drove off. didnt say a word. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN 24/7. I WAS STARVING-WORKED MY A** OFF AAAALL NIGHT-DROVE OVER THERE! TO BE TOLD YOU'RE CLOSED???-Get it together. Its a Shame because I LOVE the food. Smh. NOT ok JITB. Especially with loyal paying customers. I've worked in a 24/7 drive-thru. SO GET IT TOGETHER. thank you

This review is sad to write because I used to frequent this location a lot in high school. But now it’s just a shame how awful this location was allowed to become.
For starters there are next to no tables. They might as well just put up a sign that says: “we don’t want you to eat your meal here”. On top of that both of the bathrooms were out of order. So where do the employees go? The cashier was nice, but incompetent. We ordered our meal and she had to look at the menu every time like she had no idea what to enter into the pos.
But the most shameful part of this was the actual food. I ordered the bacon double sourdough and the bread was not toasted at all. This has got to be the ugliest more horrible location in Tucson. And the cherry on top is the ghetto area this is in. Drugged out people loitering everywhere and using on the street. This location used to be so good. But it’s obvious the owner(s) don’t care even a little bit. And before you try to give the standard PR reply to this review, just know there are other reviews saying similar things in just a few months. It won’t matter what you say because actions speak louder and your actions say you could care less.
Also the soda machine is still broken, which shows that basic functionality is not a priority. -10/10. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s ghetto.
