Really great customer service, the employees are always ready to help and serve with an excellent attitude. Really fast pace through the drive thru as well as in store. Make you feel special and confident in every step of the way and in every choice I made while ordering. Just all in general excellent customer service and experience!Parking: Plenty of parking spots, easy access, easy to get around and plenty of handicap parking spots. Really well organized!Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is great for children who are picky with what they eat, they have a nice variety of choices to choose from. And workers receive all children with a great big smile and in a positive friendly way.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of wheelchair tables inside the store, really easy access. There are ramps on the the outside all around the store, easy access and really helpful.
Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to, drug crazed panhandlers surround your car while you're waiting to get your food! To make it worse it took 22 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered it and I was sent to the front of the store to wait for them to bring it to me. Once they brought it to me, I realized that they shorted me one of my meals and I had to get out of my car, again surrounded by panhandlers, go in the store to get my order corrected.

The food was very good.The service was a little slow.The atmosphere was poor the tables were fairly clean but in my opinion the music was way too loud.I could hear the music loudly when I went to the bathroom 100 feet away with the door closed.I also hated the music it was not comforting it was loud and a poor selection of music !

They take way too long to make food, considering it a "fast"food place. I ordered a boba tea and the boba was hard as a rock, usually there KINDA soft and fresh but today they were hard as rocks! (Meaning the boba isnt freshly made) the employees are nice, its just how long it takes and the food

Everytime i go to that jack in the box location, they mess up my order, usually patties are left over(old) and doesn't have any flavor. Fries are usually old and soggy and underserved amount. Last time i ordered tacos tasted burnt and too much oil. I won't be going back to that location anytime soon.
