Was there on 2/5 ordered my food at 11:44am. I watched the manager on duty greet her family in the lobby and mess with the little dog someone was holding. She never washed her hands and went back to the cook line. She came back out 3 times with big bags of food FOR HER FAMILY. Petted the dog again and back on the cook line. (NEVER WASHED HER HANDS). After her 4th trip of handing her family more bags of food she finally asked me if I had been helped. I said yes awhile ago, she responded what did I order and I said a bunch of food for my office. Apparently my food was sitting there over 20 minutes and she handed me my bags. I don't ever think I have had service that bad and unprofessional. The only thing that went well was the cashier Araceli.

The staff was great and for some reason, the staff appollagized for a long wait. But my tacos were hot and tasty!!!

If I could give a zero I would. That manager named Janice made food with NO GLOVES!!! The whole time I was there I could hear her yelling at employees, calling them names. She needs to be fired or reprimanded. Will definitely be reporting to the health department. Stay away!
We ordered food to dine in for 4 people. This was 7 oc on sun eve the 5th Jan. However while we were eating a very awful looking homeless person came in dragging a dirty blanket behind him and asked the girl behind the counter if he could use the restroom. She told him the code and he stayed in there for the entire time we were there. This should never be allowed to happen .i have still not heard back from anyone regarding this incident please email me back

Had me park out front for drive through food, no big deal I guess. Didn't offer me taco sauce for my tacos. They didn't offer me taco sauce at any point. Their mini tacos, I was never offered utencils. Not a huge deal normally but we stopped there for food before our road trip to phoenix. I was able to use an plastic fork I had with napkins in my glove box but the tacos were horrible! without taco sauce

Drive thru is the worst ever. Understaffed or not able to multi task.
I came to this Jack-in-the-Box on golfing in Wilmont Store number 1557 drive-through order number 134 On November 19, 2024 at 5:55 PM I had a very simple order, one junior cheeseburger, one small french fry and two classic cheddar bacon wedges. I went through the drive-through, paid, got home and realized they did not give me the small french fry. I called the store and right off the bat. I was literally thrown back by how unprofessional they are at the store, a man answered the phone he did not apologize, when I told him what I was missing, he said. “ Can you come pick it up?” I told him I could pick The small fry up, but it’s frustrating because you guys should’ve checked the bag before handing it out and now I have to travel back your way to pick up a small french fry and then he stay quiet and I said hello, and he said we will see you when you get here he hung up the phone. I drove back up To the Jack-in-the-Box I walked inside and they told me that they could not remake my order. I told them well. It’s unacceptable for one that you guys messed up my order by not giving me everything that I paid for and it’s unacceptable that I had to travel back 20 minutes to pick up a small fry and I was not about to have the rest of my food cold and I brought the food in the bag untouched I told them that they needed to remake my order and include the small Friday as they forgot I didn’t ask for anything extra, I wasn’t rude about it, The cook, whose name I found out is Johnny was giving me pushback about remaking my entire order, even though I had the food that they gave me in the bag with me, and then went outside, and I called one of my best friends that also works at the Jack-in-the-Box, but at a different store And I was waiting outside, which seemed like forever and put it this way, originally I went to the drive-through at 5:55 PM, I didn’t get my order until 7:28 PM. They had me waiting over an hour for my order and then they proceeded to tell me two times to please not complain. I Had Three small children in the car. They were aware of my children in my vehicle, and they still had me way over an hour for my food. Meanwhile, they were parking every single car at the drive-through and running people out their order. Meanwhile, I’m standing there waiting for my Order. I am owed an apology because I never got one and I do expect some type of compensation because it’s just ridiculous. The customer service sucked, the fact that I had to wait over an hour for a simple order because the cook Johnny had a chip on his shoulder for whatever reason, then running our orders, knowing that I’m literally standing there waiting for my order. It’s all ridiculous. The fact that One of the girl employees came out and said that she was trying to convince Johnny to remake My order and that if it was up to her if she would’ve jus Remade the order already. So then you fast-forward to 7:28 PM and she runs out with my food and she says, hey, I finally convinced him to remake your order. Please don’t complain, please don’t complain. Absolutely unacceptable in so many ways, I must also mention that while I was waiting outside for my order that Johnny, the cook, thought it would be a good idea to walk around the corner and throw his hands up at me. This is not the first time that I’ve had a very high concern with this store, they need to get it together because they are absolutely terrible. I hope that Jack-in-the-Box corporate or whoever read these reviews looks at the camera footage and they are literally going to be flabbergasted when they see that I was literally waiting over an hour for my order

The young man at the register was very nice, and he took our food to our table, without asking. He went above and beyond for me and mom. I really appreciated it!

Visited this Jack in the box on Golflinks and the manager was so rude to one of the employees. I felt bad for him. The donut rounds I ordered were dry and not fresh.

I don't know if they were having a bad day or something but sitting in the drive thru for an hour on a Wednesday which it honestly wasn't too busy is a bit crazy and not to mention they didn't even greet u at the sign they were like oh sorry what would u like..

This location is a joke and needs to be shut down. It's always one thing or another. They can't staff it properly so wait times are ridiculous but they make you pull around front so corporate doesn't see 10 to 15m tickets. Today we went and we went inside due to a huge line in the drive thru. Simple order, chicken nugget kids meal. Nearly 30m later we finally got the food. But by that time the other food we had gotten from somewhere else was cold. So I wasted $25 on a meal I was looking forward to but couldn't even enjoy by the time I got home. Like seriously, do better. I'd rather not have a location 5m from home over one that's constantly screwing things up and taking entirely too long for "fast" food
