Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant

First time going here I had the house fried rice. Portions were gigantic I loved it. My friend had the sesame chicken again very healthy portions and amazing. Pricing was great as well and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place to others.

came to pick up a GrubHub order for someone and checked a few bags on the table just checked the tags to see if it was the customers order then a lady comes out and starts scolding me for touching the orders when all i did was check the tag

This is my first review, and I typically avoid saying negative things about small businesses, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I've been a loyal customer at Jade's Garden for several years because the food has always been excellent. Unfortunately, my visit today will be my last. I ordered a cup of egg drop soup and found a cockroach in it. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, she casually told me it wasn't the first time something like that had happened that day. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, making it seem like they were used to such incidents. I left feeling disappointed and will not be returning. I urge you to improve your standards, as this is simply unacceptable!

Waited almost 20 mins before someone even came to to see about helping me I don’t know about the food just the. Wait was enough

Refused to give my door dasher the food I ordered because their system was glitching. I’m not sure if this place is doing fraud or what but they were in fact paid twice for my order according to customer service and they still refused to give my food to the delivery driver after she waiting over an hour and verified they were paid twice through my payment and DD customer service.

Ok if you want to keep vampires away this is the place for you so much garlic it was horrible. Could not eat any of it and they didn’t even take it off the bill. She said order less garlic next time!!!!!!

The crab puff was the best, orange chicken was the greatest out of them all!

We LOVE Jade Garden! So far our favorites are sesame chicken or beef, lo mein, shrimp chow mein, egg rolls and Rangoon. The hot and sour soup is perfect when you aren't feeling well too! Delivery is always fast and the delivery driver is super friendly. We want to try more, but we are so stuck on our favorites lol! Thank you Jade Garden!
