Pizza was great! Staff was friendly and talkative (without slowing down the service). The back patio looks like it could have a band....

No wonder I didn't like the pizza, they gave me the wrong one. I ordered a Los Tres Cerditos and they gave me a Jamie's Favorite. I found it to be overly wet with way too much garlic. If it's minced garlic out of a jar, stop using that stuff. Use freshly diced cloves. You can't put fresh red onions and fresh red bell peppers on a pizza without first reducing the water content of each. They need to be sautéed and caramelized before being put on a pizza. This would be a way better pizza if they did all that. I ate one slice of the pizza at the bar and gave the rest to a homeless guy on the way home. Definitely a disappointing experience.

What a great discovery! I was looking for something quick before going to a concert at Hotel Congress across the street. I struck GOLD! The service was fast, employees attentive, margaritas delicious, and pizza incredible!

My husband and I came here to celebrate a late Valentines Day on Friday evening before a show at the Rialto. We were told to seat ourselves wherever we'd like and given menus. A server came quickly and asked our order and I told her I needed no more than 2min. to finish looking over the menu with my husband. She never came back. As we waited, we observed many other parties come and sit down as well. It seemed only 2 servers were working on the floor, which seems ridiculous to me for a restaurant downtown in a Friday night. They were clearly overwhelmed. You would think there would be a sign they could turn on the door to have newcomers wait while they caught up, but no. Finally a new server (the male) came to the table and got our order, apologizing for the wait. At this point, though it was a lengthy wait, it was okay. The restaurant was busy and they were doing what they could I thought. Then it took maybe 20min for wings to come. He apologized again. I figured the food was right behind and shrugged it off. We watched nearly every other table in the restaurant get their order as we continued to wait for ours. Tables we watched walk in, while we had already been waiting maybe 30min. The servers were avoiding us despite multiple glances at them. We watched Oder after order come out the kitchen that was not ours, as we approached waiting almost a hour now. Ultimately we had to call the waiters over to ask why everyone but us had food. He did not know and apologized again. We had to leave without our order, due to our show starting. I was angry, starving, and confused on why we were treated this way. The male server did seem apologetic once we called him over but it just doesn't make sense. We will not be back. Oh and the lemon pepper wings were ok.

Have never been to this eatery before. It's located in downtown Tucson across the street from Club Congress. It's certainly worth the visit. Atmosphere and ambiance has a very upbeat and downtown feel. Staff were very prompt and kind. I was with a large group and tasted various pizza's. All were excellent. Definitely worth the visit

Love this place! I'm hesitant to give them such a good review because I don't want it to be too busy when I go in. But they deserve it and I want them to stay in business. Friendly employees, nice atmosphere and before 5pm, you can order 1 slice custom to your preferences. The decor hasn't changed since Diablo Burger was in the same space, but really who cares. The pizza is great!!

First time in and we really enjoyed the food. We ordered knots, pizza and wings- all super yummy. Service is average but the food out shined, so I'll take it.

Everything happens for a reason! My friends and I ended up here after finding too long of a wait at three other restaurants. We had never heard of Jaime's before, we just saw the sign glowing on the street and walked in. One of the servers was extremely nice to us throughout our entire time there. He first led us to a back room to wait and and gave us menus to look at. Once seating opened up he came and got us and took us to our table. The Office was playing on one of the televisions at the bar, and being that is my favorite show, it was a great sign! Two of us ordered a Caesar Salad and the Vegetarian Pizza to share, and two of us ordered the a Caesar Salad and the Pepperoni Pizza to share, and we all shared an order of the Garlic Knots. The salads were fresh and delicious, and I loved that they came with tongs for sharing. The pizzas came out hot and tasted great! We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back as the food and service combined is something that can be hard to come by these days!

Loved the crust on this 'za! Nice and stiff crust (no flop) where it counts but chewy in the right places too. Plus, we found a place to sit even when most places were busy, they have picnic style table seating which is kinda nice. The service was great too.

I tried to order here when it was awkwardly in a building that you could only call in for. That was about 2 years ago. I thought the name looked familiar but this is my first time. Starters look like a decent price and portions. They also have salads which all sounded good. However, it's my first taste at this pizza place so I had to get pizza. It's spacious with a bar area, indoor and outdoor patio area and squared tables on the sides. There's a decent wine menu but they also have cocktails. I ordered the Jaime's favorite which was on the higher end of pricing but I figured eat some now then later. Sauce: was amazing and fresh, you could taste the herbs. The pizza was fantastic. Overall, I will come back to try the Paco's Blanco chicken.

Wow, truly the worst service and the worst pizza I've ever had. The white pizza had hardly any cheese and no flavor at all, except for the crust which was burned and very sour tasting. I could only tolerate a couple bites of one slice before I gave up. The ranch was just plain dill dip. Then the problem with having multiple servers is that no one knows what's going on, what we ordered, that our sides are missing, that we've been trying to get some water for half an hour, etc. One of our servers even said they "forgot" about us. Smh. My partner left a tip out of pure anxiety, but if I had been paying I would have left a big fat zero. Lots of pizza places out there--no reason to choose this one.

Maybe it was an off night but it was 7pm and they couldn’t do small pizzas anymore because they were out of the doughballs, the servers made water refills seem like rocket science, and the large pizza was incredibly weak on toppings and cheese. Good quality but it wouldn’t have filled up two hungry people (and we ordered it for three). The product from Jaime’s was noticeably heftier when they were operating out of a ghost kitchen on 1st and Fort Lowell. Now that it’s downtown it’s not only pricier (which was to be expected) but unfortunately skimpier too. Less for more … hardly worth the hassle. I don’t want to sound like I’m nostalgic for a ghost kitchen in the hood over a new dine-in place downtown, but there wasn’t much about this experience to make me want to come back. Stars are for the garlic grana wings and knots, which are still great.
