I made a mobile order (of course I paid for it) and the store wasn't open (Wed, Jul 30 8:20AM). We called them and they never showed and answered. There were people waiting outside too who paid for their orders. Shame!

Just stopped by Jamba Juice for the first time and had a fantastic experience! I tried the Nutella Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing and perfect for this summer heat. A big thank-you to Malik for being so professional and helpful in guiding me through the menu. His knowledge and recommendations really made my visit enjoyable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The only feedback I’d offer is regarding the seating. There were just two small tables and three stools—only one of which was at a comfortable height for the table. There were also a couple of spots near the window, which is where I ended up sitting. A little more comfortable seating would really enhance the overall experience.

Allergens on the app aren't listed. Offering a frozen fruit option instead of frozen yogurt and then I find out there is dairy in the fruit option... Why even have other options if it's all got the same allergens?

The ladies that I see in the morning are some of the nicest, most polite and kind people that I have ever come across. Professional in all its definition. A#1 Two Thumbs Up!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my husband went to get Jamba Juice here for me while we were on a road trip (I stayed in the car since we have pets with us). He was served by an employee named Brenna, would not recommend going to this Jamba Juice. She was rude and had terrible customer service…. Typically when I get a large smoothie with whey protein you get your extras in a small cup due to the extra space the whey adds. My husband was handed a regular large cup without the other portion of the drink. He inquired why it wasn’t the full amount and she stated she didn’t make a large enough amount for that. He brought me the drink and I did ask for it to be remade with that information. Seems silly to pay for my drink and not receive what he paid for. She made it again, but stated they don’t do the extras anymore. Which could be true based on location or something…? Regardless her attitude was not appreciated. Would recommend just driving the other location. Also I would like to add that all my drinks tasted slightly weird and not very good. Ended up trying a different smoothie and even that tasted odd in my husband and I’s opinions. Just tossed the drink which is a bummer. Again, typically I wouldn’t be “Karen” about things, but her attitude was ridiculous.

Female employee had a bad attitude as she made my order wrong once and her fellow employee told her she did. Then proceeded to do it again. Was the worst Jamba I've ever had. I think I will stay with the Wetmore and Oracle location.

The staff didn't seem willing to serve me just minutes before closing time. They even thanked me for leaving and were already in the process of cleaning up and mopping. It came across as quite unprofessional on their part.
