The ladies that I see in the morning are some of the nicest, most polite and kind people that I have ever come across. Professional in all its definition. A#1 Two Thumbs Up!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my husband went to get Jamba Juice here for me while we were on a road trip (I stayed in the car since we have pets with us). He was served by an employee named Brenna, would not recommend going to this Jamba Juice. She was rude and had terrible customer service…. Typically when I get a large smoothie with whey protein you get your extras in a small cup due to the extra space the whey adds. My husband was handed a regular large cup without the other portion of the drink. He inquired why it wasn’t the full amount and she stated she didn’t make a large enough amount for that. He brought me the drink and I did ask for it to be remade with that information. Seems silly to pay for my drink and not receive what he paid for. She made it again, but stated they don’t do the extras anymore. Which could be true based on location or something…? Regardless her attitude was not appreciated. Would recommend just driving the other location. Also I would like to add that all my drinks tasted slightly weird and not very good. Ended up trying a different smoothie and even that tasted odd in my husband and I’s opinions. Just tossed the drink which is a bummer. Again, typically I wouldn’t be “Karen” about things, but her attitude was ridiculous.

The staff didn't seem willing to serve me just minutes before closing time. They even thanked me for leaving and were already in the process of cleaning up and mopping. It came across as quite unprofessional on their part.

WOW! What an outstanding job Jeannette and her staff did in accommodating a large order. The smoothies were timely and accurate! The staff was on top of everything! We are truly appreciative of this location's staff and management!

Stopped in 7/9 paid $39 for 4 drinks with a 20% tip added. All but 1 was mis made and the other 3 were horrible. Female employee had a bad attitude as she made my order wrong once and her fellow employee told her she did. Then proceeded to do it again. Was the worst Jamba I've ever had. I think I will stay with the Wetmore and Oracle location.

I must say today I am disappointed with Jamba Juice. I have always loved the food, smoothies and bowls. Have spent a small fortune there! But today, because my phone was not working well, I could not get my reward of 20% off app order. I tried and tried, there I was in the store, order placed, cashier saw the reward, yet I was not entitled to it. I went to my car and plugged the phone in and still tried, it wouldn't put the food in the basket. Ugh!!!@@ It was a $16 order and every little bit of discount helps! I think Jamba Juice ought to get with the times and have a machine in the store for patrons to place an app order!!!!! Like other places do, if that is now the requirements. Sucked!! I guess this place is for the young crowd, not old folks like me~! Bye!!

Placed an online order. Order wants ready when I got there but they were super busy with online orders. The employees were very polite and apologized for taking a bit longer than planned. The smoothies were delicious!!

Always consistent. Tried the bursting boba and tapioca boba. Both yummy, but rather go to a "real" boba joint. Don't get boba with ice drinks. They added so much ice you couldn't eat the boba.
