Just purchased a Razzmatazz smoothie and I made sure to ask the server to make sure it was correct because it looked weird and she confirmed. But I did a little more research after leaving and the color is way off and the taste is off as well. It tastes okay, it's just not really what I had ordered.

I visited Tucson recently and went to this Jamba Juice store a couple of times. I’m home now in Florida and went out for a smoothie. As I was enjoying my smoothie at home tonight, I commented to my husband that the smoothie I’m having now isn’t as good as Jamba Juice. And then I noted how friendly the service was at this location. I realized next that I should leave a review because this store must have left a great impression since I haven’t been there in several days and am still talking about how much I liked the smoothie and the service. I remember receiving excellent service from one employee in particular. I don’t remember her name, but she had blonde and blue hair. ?

This location is ALWAYS out of some ingredients even though there is a grocery store right next to it. They never answer their phone for a to-go order. The person that works in the morning is crazy slow and clearly is over her head with the tasks of the job even though you are waiting alone with no one else in the store. She literally talks about her mistakes and how confused she is out loud while making one smoothie, EVERY TIME I go in to the store. This is easily the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to, which is sad because a few years ago it was pretty good. The owner and employees make this store terrible.

I used to love going to this store. I loved the convenience and safety of ordering online. But now it's never available. For months it has not been available. Why? You're missing out on so much business!

Stopped in for some smoothies for the family. Guy behind the counter was extremely nice and super efficient. Took our order and got our 4 smoothies ready super fast...and delicious!

Hi Jamba, your service is always great and employees friendly. I gave 4 stars because I can't manage to order from your store online, and sometimes you are out of ingredients. That being said, I can't really hold either of those things against you guys, I always love your smoothies and would absolutely recommend them, so I've gone ahead and changed my review to 5 stars. Service was not up to standard. No greeting. Individual clearly was having a bad day. Pretty long wait with only 2 people ahead of me. Was not impressed by this location. Normally I've experienced great bubbly personalities. Drove out of my way past competitors for that experience. Maybe next time

The manager of this location decided to charge me an extra dollar for my smoothie simply because it’s not on the menu anymore so therefore I hope u get your dollar elsewhere because you just lost a customer.....

Was here for postmates. I just experienced the most rude thing with an employee. I'm giving distance to the person in front of me. A guy walks in and she tells him one minute. When she came back I let her know I was next and so did the other employee but she said ok and still took the guy next. Not sure if this is the race card but didn't feel welcomed.
