Drove 15 minutes to take my daughter here and when we walked in the worker told us they were closed and asked us to leave. It was 12 minutes before closing time and no one was inside. Guess she just wanted to go home early.

Stopped by on national smoothie day! They offered $1 small smoothies, which was the perfect opportunity to bring my three children in for a treat that didn’t break the bank.
Being one of their busiest days I can imagine they did amazing. Everyone was still polite and engaging. Being able to maintain the rush of extra business and good service is something to marvel at.
Facility is small so it did make an event like this crowded but it was clean and well kept!

Very disappointed Jamba juice is one of my favorite places. This location is out of my way but I did come here. They have a lobby full of waiting people. Out of 7 orders three were incorrect. After waiting 20 minutes and then given the wrong item. The young girl that should have been a remaking my order. I then asked for a refund. They stated no one in the store could producer refund. So I left there with out my order and no refund. That is by far the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

Love Jamba but when no adults are working it can be challenging to receive decent service. These folks don’t even want you to have their names as if I’m calling their home and not a business, knowing that their service is subpar. Even the way they answer the phone half giggling, half not paying attention is reflective of the fact that leadership is needed. Great drinks, service needs work.
Delicious drinks, but the workers attitudes are almost always rough. My fiance walked in to pick up his online order drink, and as he was leaving he heard "of course he's not even gonna tip". Atleast wait until the customer has fully exited, how unprofessional. And it just makes it uncomfortable for us to return.
