Fried fish was very good & the smaller pieces of fish was a lot Easier to eat not having to scrape it off the skin. Oh yes the coleslaw had a good taste.

*Update: my order is to be replaced when I go to Jerry Bobs again.* I ordered a hot roast beef sandwich specifically with mashed potatoes & green beans. I received only half of my order. No mashed potatoes as requested. I had this as a pickup order so I couldn't send the order back to the kitchen to get it corrected. I only found out the error well after I got home.

I go to breakfast a lot, and Jerry Bob's has basic a breakfast menu. I like my eggs over medium, and that's what I get at Jerry Bob's. They even have my occasional favorite, grits never lumps or glutinous served with a ramikin of butter.
Great food. Biscuit gravey 2 eggs sausage for just 799 .Can't beat the price food taste perfect waitress friendly . Best place on east side.

I heard a lot about Jerry Bob's, l'm from Texas and we have a lot of good home made chicken fried steak there and I heard about this place here and said l'm going to try it out well l'm glad l did great chicken fried steak and the okra very tasty and crispy that means something and l always get the same waitress she is awesome "Aurora" she always makes me feel at home when l come in great place to eat.
Kind of disappointed at this location. Some of our food looked gray, bacon and sausage sides were ridiculous portion and quality terrible for the price. Felt kind of dark and dreary inside. I even spent $5.00 on a large cinnamon bun that looked amazing but was terrible.
