The restaurant seemed clean when we walked in. We went to the bathroom to wash our hands shortly after we arrived. The bathrooms were unkempt. When I was taking paper towels to dry my hands a roach ran out of the dispenser and onto the paper towel. I had already ordered but contemplated leaving because I was disgusted. While waiting for my food I watched my server scratch her head and play with her hair then touch food plates and silverware. My food tasted good but was drowning in juice from the beans. It was gross! I sopped up the liquid with my napkin and ate, food was decent. The server was terrible, and the whole experience was unpleasant. We will NOT be returning and I would NOT recommend eating here!

The food was great, portions were decent, but there were discrepancies between online and reality. My wife didn’t get the roll that the menu said her food would come with. I called and asked if I could come get it and the employee (who was very nice) explained that the manager told them to stop serving the rolls unless they’re asked for and confirmed that it is on the menu as a part of the meal. I asked if I could come back and pick one up and she said no because they were closed. Even though online it says they don’t close for another 15 minutes. Again, she was very nice and apologetic and the food was very good. My only issues are that if I have to explain everything that is on the menu back to the person taking the order then I’m less likely to order food there in the first place and don’t close before you’re really closed.

You better be hungry when you come here or share a meal! We were here for breakfast, and the serving was huge! The chicken fried steak filled a plate all by itself! The food was great, friendly servers, and cute atmosphere!

First time at a Jerry Bob's. I ordered a To Go order and they only charged me for one of the two breakfast meals I ordered. When I arrived home, I only had one breakfast meal for my mom and myself to share. When I called the waitress on the phone, she couldn't stop repeating she wasn't the person who took my order with some attitude. I finally said congratulations ? ? to her. The waitress who took my order got confused because I verbally specified one kids meal and 2 French toast meals with two biscuits. After how the staff responded to their mishap by putting the issue on me and how they respond to negative reviews, this will be a first and last visit. Maybe you should ban all customers who leave negative reviews. That could boost business, Lol!

I ordered a doordash breakfast biscuits and gravy always top notch bacon absolutely disgusting so disgusting that I contacted doordash and then I tried to contact Jerry Bob's and she hung up on me here is a picture of the bacon I put it on the floor and my 83 lb Pitbull wouldn't even touch it

We showed up just before noon on a Saturday, no one was in there, so it was an excellent time to be there. Food and service was excellent! Highly recommended. Free coffee for military/vets.
