I ordered the eggs Benedict; it looked horrible. The hollandaise sauce was dark yellow and thick like old gravy. I simply could not eat it. The wait staff offered no apology, nor a replacement. I will not be back, clearly the staff has no concerns or empathy for customers. Since I requested the coffee I had to go, I feel the waitress should have offered to fill the cup, and I felt obligated to take my O.J to go, but I feel it was low quality orange juice.

This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever stepped into. The server was so friendly and attentive. Meals came out quickly, precise and delicious. The fries were hot and fresh and the BLT was delicious as well as the burgers my family ordered! I’ve lived in Tucson for a while and never come here before but it’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

The restaurant is really nice and clean on the inside. I placed a pick-up order got to the restaurant when it was ready for pick up. They then took an extra 20 minutes after I got there. Wasn't given an apology or anything. The wait staff basically disappeared for the next 15 minutes. There were absolutely no customers in the restaurant except me. Three cooks in the kitchen and two for the wait staff. I ordered the chicken fried stake to go. My eggs are cold, my stake is drenched in gravy and soggy, and my hashbrowns are burnt. Im 100%certain that my stake is undercooked. This is inexcusable when there are no customers and no orders (except mine). Jerry Bobs is usually pretty good, but this location is far under subpar.Add on: their gravy taste like nothing but flour.

Best breakfast restaurant! This location had phenomenal food and service! The only critique I would give is the cashiers should stay off their phones in front of customers. While I understand the restaurant isn’t very busy, it’s unprofessional and nasty to see your waitresses touching all over their phones before and while serving you.
