Placed an online order said it would be ready by 3:13 came in at 3:20 and there was only one worker and he was making phone calls on his phone and was talking and focusing all his attention to these two girls who seemed to be his friends talking to them in the front it ended up taking a lot longer than I anticipated for and ended up being late.

What an incredible experience to have I brought with me eight guys and we were hungry and Steven was extremely helpful and all the staff there was extremely helpful the food was exquisite and it was done fast shout out to Hayden the district manager thank you from teen challenge

Food is good, but what’s the point of asking for no mayo on your sandwich and they use the same knife to cut your sandwich without cleaning the mayo off of it first from cutting another sandwich with mayo on it. I really got the ick today seeing that. I also saw that one of the spatulas they use to scoop the condiments out had mayo on it and was just sitting in the pepper relish where it shouldn’t belong.

Bonnie Was Amazing just top tier customer service it was very cleanly and food taste amazing and definitely would recommend this is My first time to a Jersey Mikes I usually go subway but I might cheat on them from now on
I went in to the store to get two regular subs 40 min before close which I don’t think is crazy inconvenient for the workers as I work in food service. But to get out of the car and to visually see complaining before even walking in and then to get into the establishment and say that sucksssss and kinda swing your arm down throwing a fit is very unwelcoming. Huffing and with attitude asking what I want and then from going from touching a mop not washing hands to preparing food is crazyyyyyy and gross. Once I my S/O had asked for them to wash their hands they stayd in that back. I get having bad days but the other worker had said it had been slow all day and if you’re open for another 40 min it should be an issue getting a sand which as people were coming in to do pick up. Just an unfortunate experience

Aliyah and Jewel: What a team! Efficient, faster than most I have seen. They cranked out sandwiches, repaired the soda machine and used spare time for prep. I used to run restaurants. The best measure of employees was how they used their time when they weren't directly helping customers. These two kept busy. They were friendly to customers throughout. Don't know what you're paying these kids..but these two are keepers.

I went in today and was helped by a girl named Bonnie she was so sweet awesome and hands down amazing it was my second time eating at jersey mikes and she said inshould try the big kahuna since I had already tried the Italian she was right it was amazing just like her customers service we need more amazing people like her working counters handing out amazing days
