Had the Big Kahuna Chicken cheesesteak, 5 stars, juicy and hot. Service was fast, food was quickly made and restaurant was clean. Will be back.

This is my favorite jersey mikes in all of Tucson. Ive never had any problems with my orders, the food is always hot and fresh when i go in! Destiny is absolutely amazing, she's fast and super nice. And the restraunt is always clean

I loooove jersey mikes! Everytime I go there, the workers are very accommodating. If I want extra lettuce, they'll do just that. Add pickes? They'll add it. Avocado? They'll add it. The workers are very nice and make sure that your sandwich is to your liking.

I used to love this spot. I never leave negative reviews. (Look at my history) Went in at 8:30. Yeah I know you are probably preclosing, but like 4ntablesnhad people eatin. I get it. Ive worked food service almost my whole life. Got sandwich. Yah I want it Mike's way. Wait. No onions? Worker tells me they're out. No you aren't. There isn't an onion shortage. You don't want to prep one. Don't lie to me. Will never go back.

This is my first time here, literally so disappointing. Waited over 25+ minutes after the pick up time via mobile order. When I came at the designated time, they hadn’t even started the order; grabbed a long line of receipts of what seem to also be mobile orders and told me to wait. Walked in 20 minutes later for it to still not be ready. It’s just frustrating and they don’t seem to care about the inconvenience. That’s the whole point of the mobile order to get in and out as soon as possible. I was given the recommendation being told the quality was so much better, I didn’t even get greeted through the door. Maybe I’m just hungry and annoyed. Not coming back regardless.
