Kinda stinks when you order food and pay for extra items, then get home to realize you got none of them yet still paid for them. This is how you lose business. Done with this place. Just reminder to eat healthier food at home and stop paying 45.00 for sandwiches that….suck. If you want a good tasty sub, go elsewhere.

We love the food from here no hate on the food There is a worker at this location named Jada every single time we have come in she has given us issues And just has not been helpful whatsoever denying us of what we would like to order. Just trying to be smart about it when we just want our food it has become very frustrating it happens every time. No hate for the restaurant or food it’s just been getting excessive and a horrible experience.

when i walked in the restaurant yesterday i was immediately greeted by a worker named joao and another worker named maddison they both made my first visit a very memorable one and will be going back to eat there again because of the amazing people and atmosphere
The manager, I believe his name is Matthew, has excellent customer service and an astounding work ethic for a guy his age. He is friendly and you can really tell that he cares about the quality of his work. All of these attributes are seen in the staff because of the leadership here; making this an enjoyable and friendly experience. Every time I come in I get a giant #13 done the mikes way on a gluten free bun and this establishment will clean everything and use new knives and such to prevent cross contaminations. I really appreciate the effort. 5 starts for this establishment!

The manager Matthew really impressed me running the shop basically by himself with a new employee that was still in training. Anyway they are luck to have him and hopefully are paying him well because he would be a huge asset to someone’s company. Hard worker, smart, quick.

Never have white bread, short dark haired girl with glasses has no customer service skills and didn’t even crack a fake smile at least. She was on the phone for a few minutes before she even came to take my order didn’t sound like it was a customer either. Won’t be back to this location.
