Sapphire was incredible!! My daughter and I have Celiacs and she was so knowledgeable of the whole process. She made sure we didn't get any type of cross contamination. She was really nice and beyond helpful. Makes it easy for us to feel safe when eating here.

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted by the staff, which set a negative tone for my visit. I expected a warm welcome and friendly service, but instead, I felt overlooked and unvalued as a customer. It's really important for a restaurant to provide good customer service, and I hope they can improve in this area in the future. Waiting for my food the employee, Jada did not greet the customer following me. I asked for her name and she was reluctant to tell me. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered 2 sandwiches 2 nights ago and when I went to eat my sandwich there was no meat in it. I got bread a tiny portion of veggies and cheese . They clearly forgot the meat , it wasn’t even enough veggies to confuse it with the portabella sandwich . Contacted customer support and still nothing. I paid for a sandwich I didn’t even get to eat. We also went to the store to have it fixed and it was closed already.

Worst customer service. Had me waiting in the lobby for a solid 1-2 minutes while no one is in there and peaking at me from the back door window. Then comes out doesn’t say sorry or anything just stares at me and very quietly asked me something I couldn’t even hear her. Then I say what I want to order she then laughs at me and asks me what size of sandwich would I start with?! She didn’t write anything I said down, she very well could have wrote it down then just simply asked me what bread would it be on and then what size. not tell me how to start by saying size then bread. Ridiculous night staff is a joke at this location constantly messing up my order and I thought it was just an online order mess up. Nope these dips must not have common customer service etiquette.

Man, I love this Jersey Mike's location 👍🏾👍🏾🤗 My orders are always accurate and freshly made. We are always greeted by friendly and professional staff. This store is clean and nicely climate controlled. We have never had a bad or negative experience ahere. The only issues I have are choosing a new sandwich or an oldie but goodie to eat!! 😋 Our family definitely recommends Jersey Mike's 🥪

Went there, and the lady got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken ranch bacon sandwich number 26, and she gave me a philly cheese sandwich. I realized when I got home it was the wrong sandwich.
