First time going to Jersey Mikes on Irvington and I-19. I received the worst I mean the worst service ever. The two individuals had no desire or want to help. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear what they were asking. I said I can't hear you. She screamed back with such attitude. I was stunned and I couldn't answer. I finally asked why the attitude and she proceeded to get defensive and nasty. I asked for the manager and both employees hesitated. I will never go to Jerseys Mikes and I will tell everyone I come into contact of the horrible service. People should not be in the service industry if they have attitude.

I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before today. I was in the area and I saw online they give a free drink & sub on your birthday. I went in and enquired about the offer. The cheerful blond woman at the slicer said typically one has to be a member through their app beforehand in order to receive the offer. But despite me not being a member previously and since it was my first time, she said don't worry about it. I had Mike's Famous Philly and an unsweetened ice tea. The sub was hot and yummy and was quick to me. The tea was fresh and delicious. The service was kind, and considerate. The lobby was clean and orderly. I've got nothing but good things to say about this location and the young woman that helped me! ?
