Normally a great place for a sub just like back home in New Jersey. But yesterday I ordered 2 giant Roast Beef & Provolone subs through the app for pick up. When they were picked up we checked the bag and found 1 regular sub and a bag of chips. Always check your pick up order. Manager fixed it but it should not have happened.

I have been coming to this location for years now. I'm in there at least 3x a week..I even know the manager very well. But this previous time I was in there for quite a while. The worker did everything in his power to screwed up my sandwich for the second time. We the customer are paying top dollar for good food and service. The sandwich should be made with pride and courtesy to ensure you get what you are paying for. The most important thing is Not to cross contaminate the meats on customers sandwich. Some. customers can be allergic to certain things that are on other meats. Workers can't just put anything on the bread and then take it off when it's not requested on the sandwich. Then expect you to eat it and purchase it. This can cause customers to get sick. I understand that people make mistakes but to do it more than once is very difficult to accept. On top of it all, I had to leave without my lunch. I also have a lunch time period and run on a very tight schedule. So today no lunch. This was totally unacceptable. So make sure you watch what it being done during the making process of your Sandwich. .

Im so disappointed about this. I'm a big fan of this place but not today, probably never again. The bread was hard it was like biting into toast. Also I asked for no oregano. was told no there was no oregano but got oregano on the sandwich making it hard to eat.

Very lovely place to eat lunch and clean environment. Trinity and Billie are very helpful and nice. I enjoy talking to them and having them help me decide on what sandwich I want to get. Both of them are very respectful and nice! 10/10 would recommend.

We have been to this location several times and I believe it’s the manager, but she is always upbeat and provides great service. She greets each and every guest, asks about your day, just treats you like a friend. Awesome service!

Jersey mikes will never receive another dollar from me ! It’s a shame because it’s my daughter’s favorite. So called “gm” incorrectly made my sandwich that i had ordered through delivery and instead of owning up to a simple mistake she proceeded to argue with me over the phone on it was impossible that the sandwich was made incorrectly because she is the “gm”. Idc if you’re the CEO my sandwich was made wrong ! And then after my so called “refund” I discover the other sandwich was incorrect. I ordered NO hot pepper relish, or vinegrette on the #9 as you can see clearly I also did not have any avocado on my sandwich. It was on the other sandwich but the other one doesn’t come with avocado. Sandwiches completely messed up. GM NEEDS BETTER TRAINING AND BETTER ATTITUDE
