Vivian took my order and I have never ate here before but wanted to try it because so many people say it's delicious, and as I was telling VIVIAN what I wanted she wasn't helpful nor did she listen as I was saying what I wanted and didn't want on my sandwich I'm picky so I didn't want veggies on the #26 she got really upset and mad and said well we're going to have to remake that now very rushed and angry . I didn't mean to ruin her day by ordering food at her place she worked and it made me very upset to how rude she was being I think I'll just go to a different location because nobody deserves to be treated the way she treated me . Really hurt my feelings .

Sandwich maker was rude she was loud when speaking felt like she was yelling when she told about what we wanted on the Sandwich she got mad and said we have to remake it now and tossed Sandwich on the other counter make uncomfortable will not be back sadly to say her name was Vivian plz help her to work on her customer approach better

Normally a great place for a sub just like back home in New Jersey. But yesterday I ordered 2 giant Roast Beef & Provolone subs through the app for pick up. When they were picked up we checked the bag and found 1 regular sub and a bag of chips. Always check your pick up order. Manager fixed it but it should not have happened.
