was having a pretty bad night so treated myself to dinner and when i walked in two people were already working on a family’s order. the guy with the dark longer hair and beard was throwing & chucking the meat and cheese in the fridge. then in a rude tone asked me “what you want” and proceeded with an attitude. the other guy with short hair was very respectful & kind. didn’t need the energy kill, kindness can go a long way. sandwich was good though.

Jersey Mike's has one of the best turkey sandwiches that I've ever had.Such a shame that they started skimping on the meat more recently.What's sad is I've asked the Jersey Mike employees as to why this was the case, but they proceeded to gaslight me and stated that that they weren't and that their corporate rules didn't allow them too. (They supposedly weigh the meat?? I've never seen it lol, I'm sure they got a scale).I kindly disagree, and that's been the case at all of the Jersey Mike establishments in skimping on the protein. I'll still eat Jersey Mike's, just wish that they put on the same amount of meat as they were before inflation hit.

Had a great experience going into this location last week. I’ve gone to other Jersey mikes in the Tucson area where it was not like this. There were two boys there, Logan and Christian, both had really good manners and made sure they got everything on my order to perfection. Will be going back soon!

Alex and Chris are awesome! My husband and I have Celiac and Alex made sure to take extra care to ensure that we would not have any cross- contamination. He was also friendly and professional. Chris did a great job of making sure to get our sandwiches exactly the way we like them. Both gentlemen made this an amazing experience! What a great start to the year!

Alex and Chris were awesome! My husband and I are both gluten-free due to celiac disease, and Alex did an amazing job making sure we didn't have any cross-contamination. Chris was very careful to put light oil and vinegar. Their attention to detail and the care they took on our sandwiches were so thoughtful and much appreciated!
The food is fine. The employees are awful. One employee in particular, a woman who works the counter and grill was very rude and performed terrible customer service. She gives the entire restaurant an uncomfortable feeling.

Wondering why it's so hard to read a simple instruction like not putting on olive oil. You guys drenched my sandwich in oil and I paid extra for bacon that I never got and you guys can't answer the phone. Poor poor customer service. Honestly it's not that hard to make a sandwich!
