I love Jerry Miles but this location is TERRIBLE. I Placed an online pickup order and they didn’t have the rosemary bread, so they decided to just not make the food. Once I arrived, they pushed my order to the back of the line and kept making the new orders while I waited in their location for 15 minutes, like I didn’t exist. So, my order took them 40 minutes from order placed to actually picked up

Although the food is typically good here, I will say that I was very disgusted when I bought sandwiches today at this location. The place was filled with flies which were walking on the bread and other food items on the preparation line. It did not seem like the employees were concerned at all that the place was full of flies. Very disgusting. Maybe they should invest in a fly fan for the doors so this doesn't happen. With how overpriced this place is, I would at least expect to have food that is not contaminated by flies.

I am a big Jersey Mikes fan. I have been eating Jersey Mikes since 2014, when I was stationed in OKC. Today marks my last day eating at this locations Jersey Mikes. For the readers, the food is fine, I get a number 43 with pickles and bacon. My issue is with greed. I just learned today that this place does not offer military discounts anymore. Which normally is not an issue but there is to many other places nearby that make great sandwiches that is veteran owned and or offer military discounts. So unless there is a change or I move to a Jersey Mikes that does military discounts, I wont return. 10% might not be much but it does give me a feeling of appreciation. So 3 stars for good food and 0 stars for upper management.
I consider this place to be NOT military friendly.

You know, you'd think a $20 freaking sandwich would come the way you specify (ex. Mike's chicken Philly without peppers). This place is waaay too expensive to be screwing up like that all the time.

Make sure you ask for mayo, mustard etc. or as "Mike would like it". Would have been good if at least a little mayo had been added.

When you come from a place that has some of the best subs you will ever experience(New England), it's really hard to find a good sub in Tucson. Enter Jersey Mike's, sure it's a chain, but boy do they know how to make a sub. The service is always top notch at this one, they are always wicked friendly and on point. I always order through the app with a small special request and they get it right every time, can't ask for anything better.
