To whomever made the 2 Chicken bacon ranches around 11:30 A.M. On this fine leap day. They were absolutely fire!! It was the best sub I have ever had from here. My friend had one too and we agree you guys were on point today! Keep up the good work!
My sandwich had bread that was crispier than I like and they found a softer piece of bread and remade that sandwich for me. Great service!

Just got a sandwich at the Houghton location. Food was excellent as always. I asked for senior discount and they have .20 cents off a 12.35 bill. Tried to explain to cashier that was not 10%. She told me that is what they computer said so it was right. Tried to explain math to her and she had no interest. Customer service was awful and obvious that cashier is incapable of understanding percentages. It is very sad that this level of intelligence is new the normal.

The one staff member I interacted with was so rude I just asked is they had ketchup packets or like a little to go container and he raised his voice at me and said “no dog!” A lady in line was like try McDonald so I said thank and left but it was so uncalled for.
