Horrible customer service I was outside waiting 20 minutes after 10am and they never opened the door. I had to leave

We got a nice Italian sub and they made it the way we wanted. They use oil and vinegar on their subs which was the way my mom always made her subs.

The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was a good size. The bread was fresh. The root beer was favorable.

Evetytime you order a sandwich there you can earn pointa to eventually get a sandwich free.

This Jersey Mike’s location is my go to for a quick lunch! The General Manager Mackenzie is super sweet and pays attention to the little details like remembering my order and name! There would be no better leader for this location!

The staff is nice and make a good sandwich but the place is FILTHY. Not one clean table, ate in my car. The counters, cooler doors, floors & even behind the soda machine are all gross. So that leads me to ask - what does do the refrigerators look like? And the storage containers for food? Slime in the ice machine? UGH.

This particular location needs some major work. No one seems to know how to do anything here. Every time I ask for anything….. do you have lids for the cups?, do you have paper towels for the dispenser in the bathroom?, no one knows how to do anything and has to go find out. They act like it’s a big pain in the ass when it’s part of their job I’m guessing. I asked Mackenzie if there were lids l for the cups and she mutters under her breath “Jesus Christ” then goes and asks the manager then comes back and slams down a big cup and tells me to take that one. Umm…. Wow. You all need some Xanax. I’m also in retail but damn, I never treat customers this way. The store is filthy, trash is overflowing, tables need to be wiped down. There’s like 3 tables. Just a crap location overall. The manager or supervisor whom is never wearing a name tag seems absolutely miserable. Short mid thirties or forties woman with brown hair. She’s always bossing around the younger staff. She throws stuff around an acts annoyed. I don’t want that negative energy going into my food so I won’t be going here anymore. If you hate your job then by all means quit and find something else because I don’t want to have a bad experience when I come here. You need a leader at this store not a manager.

Difficult review to write. I love Jersey Mike’s. For some reason, this particular location is an unpredictable risk. While there are 2 or 3 great workers, the general crew doesn’t seem to adapt well to Jersey Mike’s assembly line process. And God forbid you mention your bread was a little crunchy last time, or comment on the giant mound of mayonnaise being applied to your $13 sandwich. Not ideal but if you are willing to do a little bit of work and watch closely, you can help guide your sammy to that normal Jersey Mike’s quality.

I have been going out to lunch 4-days a week for the past few years. After trying many different fast food restaurants, I have found Jersey Mike's to be the best. I have gone exclusively to them for the last year.

There are several locations in Tucson that I have gone to, however, the Thornydale location is the most friendly, as well as the cleanest. Their sandwiches always seem to be the thickest, and the manager, McKenzie, is by far the best manager I have ever met. From the very first time I went into this location, I have been greeted by name. McKenzie makes a point to get to know her customers, and she expects the same of her staff....Mike S. (Tucson, AZ)

Absolutely ridiculous service and priority. I made an in app order, said to be ready by 1:57PM. I watched the employee start my sandwich later than that which I understand, they're busy, but then they left it half way conpleted and open on the counter to tend to other people who walked in. A second employee finished my sandwich and I received it 15 minutes later than expected.

Ordered online, never got it. Doordashers probably stole it but I never got anything. Very annoying.

I enjoy this jersey mike very much I just think they lack consistency. It seem like every other time I am there they forget something or when I do pick up orders they don't build the sandwhich the same way each time when I usally get the same sandwich. when first doing pickup orders I enjoyed them putting the wet ingredients on the side (tomatoes, oil, vinegar ect..) so the sandwhich woundn't be soggy this recent time it was all on the sandwich again and was pretty soggy by the time I came home. It seems to be that every other time they make it differntly on the side or not on the side. I also noticed if you're inside the atmosphere is very nice and friendly and you can tell all the co workers enjoy working together but their has been times they have messed up my sandwich due to distraction. I really do like the customer servcie they give and when the sandwich is made correctly its AMAZING. I just would like to see better consistency on building the sandwiches

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and was thoroughly impressed! The subs are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I want to see the folks at the thornydale location the absolutely ran out of their ways to make my engineering better full circle very much wonderful people and obviously blessed by God the gentlemen are went out of his way to make sure I had cold water as I was working outside in front of their location thanks again
