I recently visited Jersey Mike's and was thoroughly impressed! The subs are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I loved the classic Italian sub; the flavors were vibrant, and the bread was perfectly toasted. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying sandwich! The cookies are great as well.

I want to see the folks at the thornydale location the absolutely ran out of their ways to make my engineering better full circle very much wonderful people and obviously blessed by God the gentlemen are went out of his way to make sure I had cold water as I was working outside in front of their location thanks again

Hands down the best Jersey Mikes I’ve been to.. such great customer service. Immediately made stuff right regarding my order. Haven and Matthew were so kind and reassuring. My sandwich was amazing!!

Me and my boyfriend Placed an online order, it said i would be done in 20 mins and when we came to pick it up they said he was just STARTING IT! So i went back to the car to wait an additional 20 minutes. When i went back my 2nd time they were AGAIN remaking me and my boyfriend’s food due to some mistake in the back made by the employee. Not to mention that another customer in front of me had a botched order and they were remaking this one too. We left and went somewhere else to eat completely. Not sure who’s in charge of the staffing at this time but good customer service is clearly not a priority.

This is the cleanliest Jersey Mikes establishment I have ever been to West of the Mississippi. The food was spectacular and the service was phenomenal. The young lad, Matthew, who was taking my order was very polite and respectful towards his elders.

I recently took my kids in to get a quick lunch at JM’s. As most kids are they are picky on how their sandwiches were made. The staff was very patient and nice as they completed the order. The food was quickly made to order and we enjoyed our sandwiches in a clean atmosphere.

Jersey Mike's "The Veggie" is my favorite sandwich due to its fresh, high-quality ingredients like perfectly grilled green bell peppers and onions, complemented by lettuce and tomatoes.
