Came in and i just wanted to let everyone know to go to this jersey Mike's because the food is good but especially they have a wonderful employee named mckenzie who took care of me and was very helpful and she had a lovely smile, and she was incredibly nice she made my day and made my vacation a great experience Businesses need more employees like her with so much Aloha . My first time! Everything was good. The Chicken Philly was outstanding. (A little slim on the peppers.) Fresh and delicious. Small dining area, but most customers are grab and go. Nice selection of beverages. Would it be possible to add a sweet iced tea all my with the unsweet?

I ordered a BLT sandwich. .Not complicated, right? Wrong.What I got was 2 pieces of dry bread. That's it. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. Just a dry split bun.When I called they claimed they didn't know what I wanted on the sandwich. They could have gone with bacon, lettuce and tomato. But no, instead they sent 2 pieces of dry bread. They certainly charged for a sandwich that might have had, I dunno, actual ingredients.Just wretched. There are too many decent sandwich shops to put up this kind of laziness and greed.

Hayden, the manager, is such a nice guy. His staff is efficient and prepared the sandwiches quickly. My wife and I love eating our Jersey Mike's sandwiches. ... We are now getting to know the new Thornydale manager (McKenzie) and she is just as friendly and proficient as Hayden. You are doing a great job of employing competent managers!

This was my first time at this location and my mother's first time eating at Jersey Mike's. I was successful at impressing my mother with their BLT and she was really touched by the high level of customer service. I think I've created another faithful customer!BLT (#1) select rosemary parmesan bread, add "the juice" and oregano, and state that you want extra mayo, lettuce, and tomato in the special instructions
My new favorite sub place. They make subs like I had when I lived back East. I order with the app, and I have never had an issue with my order. The Rosemay Parmesan bread is off the hook!! All around tasty sub with fresh ingredients.
