When asking the person making the sandwich to change gloves before putting the jalapeno soaked ones on our sandwaiches. She was very rude about as if we asked for something over the top, so we left. When calling the next day to talk about it to the mananger, she said. I don't have problems with my employees benig rude, you are the first person who has said that. That was it. So I guess it was my fault for her empolyees being rude and it was my fault to ask to change gloves before putting those golves that were jalapeno soaked, had been at the register taking money. For the prices that mikes has you would think that they could be nice in person and when you call about it, not feel like it is the customers fault. Manager never once said sorry for your experence.

I used to love coming to Jersey Mike's. But now after 3 extremely bad trips I'm done. This time I didn't even get a receipt, napkins, or a bag. I ask for light mustard and he puts extra the guy working evening has no name tag and zero customer service skills.

Walked in and was told they'll be a minute, watch them making a bunch of sandwiches while no other customers were in the building. I went and washed my hands and when I came back my wife told me someone told her I'd be a few more minutes. to me this is poor Customer Service, four people there and no one can wait on customers at the counter. We went to another place where we were waited on right away and they were a lot more friendly. So sad because we do like their sandwiches, I guess we'll have to go to another place other than this one.

Hands down one of my most favorite sandwich shops. Gluten free bread that is soft and tasty! The original Italian is fantastic whether a salad or sandwich.

This location is usually good, but this time when we went while they made our sandwiches a few flies landed on one half of our bread and when we brought it to their attention both workers carried on and didn’t make an effort to swat the flies away or even offer to change the bread. Word of advice, go to a different location.
