I came in at night to get food for my family, and the larger girl manager was very rude and treated us like she wanted us gone. The food was made lazily and was a sloppy mess when i got home. This location used to be great but has not been the past couple times ive gone.

Bad management. My order was incorrect and the manager was not helpful about it, she was arguing with me - not wanting to remake the order or refund me. I wouldn't reccomend. I've been to Jersey Mikes many times and this is very disappointing. I won't be returning.

Food is incorrect. When the workers were confronted about the order being wrong, they were sarcastic and dismissive. The manager was short with curly brown hair. I tried to nicely come to a resolution. I asked for the mangers name and the worker said “Should I say Shannon or your name..?” Then I was met with the answer that they’d report me for trying to contact them. This is highly inappropriate for a paying customer wanting a resolution for their order being wrong.

I love Jersey Mikes and eat it at different locations all the time, which never disappoints. This time, this location, it was horrible. I got the Chicken bacon ranch, took one bite and threw the entire thing away. The first sign should have been that the chicken was dark brown. It is never this color. They cook it on a flat top but I get this sandwich all the time and it never looks or tastes like this. It smelled bad and tasted like dirty grease. One of the reasons I love Jersey Mikes is it always tastes so fresh. Super disappointed!

You can really tell that Chanda makes it a great environment for her workers as well. When I got to my house and it was the best sandwich I had ever gotten from Jersey Mikes! Great Job Nate!

Had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s today! Nate, Angel, and Bryce were working hard in the back, and you could really tell they cared about what they were doing. They made my sandwich with care, speed, and great attitude. The whole vibe was positive and efficient — you don’t always see that level of teamwork and hustle. Big shoutout to the crew for making my day and a great sandwich!

We have been here a few different times and the every time is horrible with customer service. The only nice one today was the lady with red hair who took my order. The cashier was extremely rude, threw food in the bag and kept rolling her eyes at us like it's an inconvenience for her to do her job and smile and ring ppl up.
