Came in at 2pm in the afternoon.. 10/16/24 at the Irvington location across from the spectrum… The food was good but they were playing super inappropriate music. They changed the song multiple times and left it at something with a lot of cussing.. I brought my small child so I was very unhappy about the dinning in experience
My husband and I liked it a lot more when there wasn't a tip jar. Other than that we've never had a problem. However we both felt (you know when you feel that feeling of want) the person who started the order wanted a tip. I don't know why this new tipping thing is in play but we don't like it. My husband told me a week or two ago when he went in to get a sandwich he thought the kid (guy) making his sandwich was upset he didn't give him a tip. Anyway, it's still a nice location but we feel the tip jar needs to go. It really is a turn off.

Today is Monday 09/02 sat inside to eat around 8:15-8:20PM. The girl helping us was so nice so helpful and had a such a friendly attitude. The sandwiches we got were the Italian sub and Philly cheesesteak sub. They were made so good. Also loved the music that was playing. Overall 10/10. (We’ve only gone to the jersey mikes on Landing Way and it was always mid but the one right here on Valencia was great)

I don’t know what’s up with younger crew here but last time I ordered online and had a great experience when an older woman and man were working, however this time around seems like they didn’t even attempt to do a good job. Ordered subs in a tub and I could probably count how many shreds of lettuce they put in both. Super disappointing especially since I live in vail and it’s about an hour drive to just go back. Definitely need to train the younger generation or leave an adult to make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed too

First time visiting the store and it was not a good experience. There was a mistake in our order and the lady named Stella just jump into the conversation between us and the lady who originally preparing the order. Trying to argue without even knowing the whole situation. Stella also didn’t event change her gloves after cleaning the grill and just touch the sandwich. Management need take a look at the attitude of their employees on how to handle certain situations. Hope this will not happen again to other customers.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and was not disappointed. Friendly service, fresh food. After dining here it just confirmed how much Subway really falls short on EVERYTHING. I WILL NEVER step foot in a Subway again and Jersey Mike's is my new go to. Keep up the good work guys, thank you!
