Came across town for the Chipped beef gravy (S.O.S.) but our server Amber explained that unfortunately they have temporarily taken it off the menu because the owner wasn't happy with the meat he had been getting, so until he finds a quality he's happy with, no SOS. Although I was bummed, I respect the fact that the owner refuses to sell something he isn't happy with. Amber suggested the corned beef hash and a side of biscuit and gravy. The hash turned out to be very tasty. It hash came with eggs and also some home style potatoes. This seemed a little strange since the hash already has potatoes in it. The potatoes; looked to be red skinned and were cooked perfectly but were a little bland. My BF got the chicken fried steak which he said was very good. The gravy that was on the biscuit and gravy was the star of the show for me. It had such a deep, rich flavor you can tell it's made with heavy cream rather than the standard milk that most places use. They do have a bar which was nice because I love having a Bloody Mary on Sunday mornings. Our server Amber was fabulous! She made great recommendations and took excellent care of us. I wish they were located closer to me, they would definitely be part of my breakfast rotation but I will definitely be going back for the chipped beef on toast.

Came here for my first time on a Thursday. Ate and had a couple drinks. The food and drinks were good. Service was good as well. They had karaoke in the bar area while I was there. The big complaint I have about this place is allowing kids in the bar area to sing children songs. Why can't karaoke be in the main dining area if you're allowing children to sing.

It was our first time and we asked for a substitution on the omelette, and insisted if it was a hassle, to not bother.From the farthest booth of the restaurant, everyone could hear the chef yelling and criticizing the order.I did not feel comfortable after that.NO SUBSTITUTIONS per the chef
As usual Jethro's was packed and for good reason, their amazing home cooking. Well, at least that's what it feels like you're getting when you dine at Jethro's. We decided to take it to-go. Calling the restaurant to place the order the lady was extremely pleasant on the phone, very patient as she explained the side options and details as if I was ordering right at the table. I've eaten there over 50 times and I've never had bad service and ordering to-go was no different. We only waited about 10 minutes till we went inside to pick up our order. She had it bagged with all the condiments and food style accessories ready to go. There was a little sticker shock but that's to be expected as prices everywhere have gone up, you can't get a #2 in a drive-thru for less than $14.00 so getting a fantastic home cooked meal like this is worth every penny to me. The restaurant is so cute and cozy. It's well lit, clean and the amazing aromas fill the air. Every single employee there is friendly and welcoming they make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. I would definitely recommend stopping by Jethro's for some good home cooking any time of the day. There's nothing on the menu I wouldn't order again, except maybe the steak but that's for another story.
