Can't rate the food I never received..but I out in a order 10 minutes before I took my lunch I sat my entire lunch 30 minute waiting for my food. To the point I had to return to work with out lunch and called the store to inform them to cancel and that services was not freak fast as advertised and all I got was a ok well tell the driver no apology nothing reminds me why I stay away from the park location

The Jimmy John team on Park Avenue near the UofA is FANTASTIC! I ordered a catering order at the last minute and despite being incredibly busy, they delivered it EARLY! The manager even called to set my expectations on when the order would be ready. Thank you, team, for making Moving Day at the UofA so wonderful!

I spent half an hour placing an order for myself and friends at this location at no fault of my own. When I finally received my sandwich, it was not made correctly. When I called to inquire about exchanging it, the snarky employee who prepared it answered the phone and proceeded to call me a liar. They rudely insisted that they don’t make mistakes before ultimately hanging up on me.
This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at Jimmy John's. A real shame because I especially appreciate this location being open late! However, as a former Subway franchisee I can wholeheartedly say that this individual is not suited for this franchise.
I will no longer generously spend at this location and the employee in question will have to find someone else to chastise during their lonely shift.

This was a business purchase. When the order was called in, it was stated that a tip would be included. When food was delivered, tip was forgotten about and the amount of the food +$300 (with the delivery fee) was signed for. The amount actually charged included a 20% tip. I don't think that a verbal notification of a tip is an excuse to charge what they wanted for tip. They added 20% tip for a delivery.

That location used to be great but the last few years when I’ve ordered they have been horrible. Either not being on time, taking forever to be delivered or the sandwich is incorrect. I just ordered and thought it was on time it was not what I ordered. I’ve now decided to stop ordering from this location

My go-to for lunch at least once a week. Staff is mostly always nice, there is a cook there that is great to everyone every single time I go in. Only one or twice have I encountered a very serious/rude employee which I understand when it's busy, but still no need. Food is always on point and they are fast. Good place overall

It’s a solid basic sun. Lots of options. (17 choices of originals and favorites). I did the spicy east coast Italian and it had a good amount of meat. A regular size was a great lunch. A giant would clearly be for two normal people! VictorB

If I could give less I would. The delivery system is a joke took an hour and a half for two sandwiches, and less than half a block. Instead of warning, the customer that they only have one delivery driver an hour and a half later, they would not answer the phone.

I know several people who got food poisoning here but I never had any problem, until I pointed out a cleanliness issue to the management and they ignored me and I never got a response, now I know why all my friends got food poisoning here.
