That location used to be great but the last few years when I’ve ordered they have been horrible. Either not being on time, taking forever to be delivered or the sandwich is incorrect. I just ordered and thought it was on time it was not what I ordered. I’ve now decided to stop ordering from this location

It’s a solid basic sun. Lots of options. (17 choices of originals and favorites). I did the spicy east coast Italian and it had a good amount of meat. A regular size was a great lunch. A giant would clearly be for two normal people! VictorB

If I could give less I would. The delivery system is a joke took an hour and a half for two sandwiches, and less than half a block. Instead of warning, the customer that they only have one delivery driver an hour and a half later, they would not answer the phone.

My go-to for lunch at least once a week. Staff is mostly always nice, there is a cook there that is great to everyone every single time I go in. Only one or twice have I encountered a very serious/rude employee which I understand when it's busy, but still no need. Food is always on point and they are fast. Good place overall

In between my class I love to visit jimmy john's for a quick bite to eat. All semester the service has been outstanding except for today. When I arrive I was greeted by a nice black haired girl who took my order. When I went to pick up my sandwich a nice lady handed it to me. However the man at the counter next to her wrapping up the sandwiches gave me a disgruntled look. Idk what his problem was but for once I took my sandwich to go. No idea who the manager is but he needs to make sure this employee gets an attitude check.

I know several people who got food poisoning here but I never had any problem, until I pointed out a cleanliness issue to the management and they ignored me and I never got a response, now I know why all my friends got food poisoning here.

When my family brought the sandwich home it was missing the capacola. A Vito sandwich is supposed to have that along with salami, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion and oil, and vinegar. They did not even say that they were out of the capacola. Supposedly the sandwiches were on special, but eliminating an item from the sandwich does not make it a special deal. If this is how it is going to be then I am not going to order there in the future.

Came in around 9:05pm when all the other locations were closed. They had completely run out of french bread and could only offer sliced whole wheat. Disappointing but we were in a rush. We wanted to split a Giant JJ Gargantuan so the employee was kind enough to make us two sandwiches and charge us only for one. We bought two drinks and a pickle spear, but I didnt receive the pickle. And that is one of my biggest peeves, paying for something and not receiving it. Never coming back to this location. Also, distinct lack of condiments on our sandwiches. Little to no mayo or vinaigrette.

I accidently placed my order for pickup! After a while I wondered where my order was. When I called to ask where my order was, the manager sent me over a new sandwich right away at no extra cost! Thank you so much! :)
