1st timer. Bread was hard as a rock. Go to planet sub up the road same plaza. Soft bread and great ingredients. Thought I'd give this place a try. Horrible. Like why serve me hard crusty crumbly bread?
Nice employee's, I used to order here occasionally as I travel for business.
Ordered the Ultimate Italian with everything, toasted & to go with peppers on the side. Anthony crafted a most beautiful and absolutely delicious sandwich that subway and jersey mikes can't and won't hold a candle to.
Thank you Anthony and Lizbeth.
Just gotta say, I love love love your sandwiches. Tried Jersey Mike's the other night. Welp it was ok, but will not go back. Will always co n e back to you, Jimmy Johns. Thanks for all you do.
Unfortunately, this location has let me down on multiple occasions. Their quality for delivery is NOT AT ALL the same as walking in to pick up. I'll just stick to local like 4th Ave deli where it's ALWAYS good. And cost the same as these so-called sandwiches. Thanks but no thanks, Jimmy.
Extraordinary service considering only one person working...

Good service but the portions were laughable for a sandwich. 3 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, and a single bacon strip for $8? The franchise must be out of their minds if they think this counts as a sandwich.

Stopped in for lunch and picked up a wrap and a drink. Total was close to $15 which seems absurd. The food wasn't very flavorful at all and the iced tea was from the day before and cloudy and old tasting, which seems odd during a lunch time visit.Service was poor at best. Try to upsell of course but the register girl lacked eye contact and apparently the ability to smile. I don't mind mediocre food, but teamed up with the poor customer service is unacceptable.I try the corporate monsters and am never happy with the results. Corporations and their employees don't care, whereas mom and pop brick and mortar locations kill with kindness as their livelihood depends on your return patronage. My 2¢

Perfect example of price gouging. My first time at a Jimmy John's in a year. $12 for a regular sandwich. $1.29 more for cheese? Wow. Get a drink and a bag of chips and it's $20. Getting a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

While the store was clean and the cashier was great and attentive and very fast, however it took more than 8 minutes to get a sandwich with no one else in the store. My sister ordered right after me and after 10 minutes after ordering she went up to check and the girl hadn't even started making it yet. The girl who's making the sandwich was horrendously slow or just not wanting to make the sandwiches. Was very disappointed at the service of getting the sandwiches made. Usually there's so much better but the sandwich maker was horrible on 7/26 at 6 pm
