I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant at this Jimmy John’s location. I placed an order yesterday well before closing time, and instead of preparing or delivering it, they waited until the exact moment they closed to cancel it. No call, no explanation, nothing. Just a last‑minute cancellation and zero effort to make it right.
When I contacted the store the next day to figure out what happened, they refused to help or even attempt to complete the order. Their attitude made it clear they had no interest in customer service or accountability. I ended up having to reach out to corporate myself just to get a refund.
What’s even more concerning is that corporate informed me this location is a franchise, meaning they have no control over how it’s run. So if this is how the owners choose to operate—accepting orders, waiting until closing to cancel them, and then refusing to fix their own mistakes—customers are left with no real support.
I’m sharing this so people know what to expect before placing an order here. After this experience, I’ll probably be avoiding Jimmy John’s altogether.

Had a less than stellar experience yesterday at Jimmy John’s one of my favorite places to enjoy a toasted sandwich. I wanted to share my feedback with the store, and so far I’ve been hung up on twice bids there phone tree. I also reached out to their corporate headquarters and they provided me the following stating that it’s an independently owned franchise and good luck basically. Never really had an issue with Jimmy John’s as I love their bread and tasty sandwich sandwiches most of the time. Unfortunately, my sandwich lacked the meat and you can see from the picture I got a slice. It only had one slice of turkey, and basically tasted like a veggie sandwich! I could only taste was the ranch dressing and the lettuce. I wish I was able to have the time to go back to the store and return it…unfortunately, I was staying in a hotel down the street and lacked the time to address it in person. I usually order off the app and it is prepared, hot and ready to enjoy. Sadly, this store was inattentive and it was missing several elements in making a good sandwich at this location. Won’t return.

Employees Kaylie ,Fernando &” Zack all had amazing customer service skills. They were also very helpful ! I pre ordered a meal &” decided to add something last minute , but they had it made fast &” efficiently. The sandwiches were delicious I love this location &” I will definitely be back soon!🔥

I was soooo disappointed by the little amount of bacon compared to last time I had this. Also I paid $1.50 for avacado, not guacamole. You have onions in it which I hate and barely any of it but enough to ruin my sandwich. Avacado is fresh, please say it's pre-made guacamole in a bag like it is. Big difference. I had to brush my teeth to get that awful taste out of my mouth. Not what I was hungry for at all. Please note that 99% off my reviews are good.
I had placed an order here at 4:44pm. Yeah I know they close at 5pm but considering being "freaky fast" you would think they would follow through. I was wrong.

My husband ordered me a sandwich and when I got back to my office I saw that it was in a tortilla and not bread. I called and asked if it was possible to have it re-made and they said they’d do it right away. When I got there, multiple people started helping me and they gave me a free cookie. It really wasn’t a big deal and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review or stomp my foot and I was trying to joke around with the staff on the phone so that they didn’t feel like I was an angry customer or anything. I really just didn’t like the tortilla and wanted the French roll instead like he had ordered. They went above and beyond for my small issue and I really appreciate it, the new bbq sandwich is amazing and made my lunch. Thanks guys

Magnificent sandwiches that are made just the way we all like them, and I mean they take care of every last little detail, no problem! But how can you top that positively genuine and utterly unforgettable "Jimmy John's Welcome" that we all get when we first walk in - OR their "until you leave" warmth and naturally amazing customer service that they're all simply steeped in? I not only like THEM while I'm there enjoying my meal, they make me like my meal even more and MYSELF! WOW!Jimmy John's, you rock!
