I love when both the women who are working right now (at this very moment I post this) are there, they create a great atmosphere, you can sense it when you come in, also theres one women, ill have to get her name, short brown/black hair, she has taken my order and made my food everytime i go, ive been 3 times, and its like perfect! Always on point, perfectly made, always honors my extra extra pickles request on my beach club, perfect toasting, overall the ingredients are fresh and always taste great!!! Do you know how many places ive gone to and ask for extra pickles and they literally give me 2 slices of pickles? Outrageous, not here though, perfect amount! I've been to other sandwich shops, like subway and quiznos and theres always something off, like the tomatoes or olives just taste weird, but not here!! I just got signed up for rewards because I know my boyfriend and I will continue going when we get the urge to eat out!!!

I had a great experience today at Jimmy John’s. Virgina and the man who made my sandwhich I didn’t get his name were super nice and pleasant. My pickle which was delicious and their cherry coke was perfect. The music was awesome too. It was a vibe. Thank you!

First time in it was ok I guess but I would of tipped if I got greeted when I walked in such a difference when u get greeted but it was an ok experience

I don't know what the heck was wrong with the staff today but my order was missing items altogether. They got the 'no' part right on items but anything i had as ez was a 50/50 on being on the sandwich. Some retraining is certainly in order. If this is what i can expect for quality at J&J prices then i will not be returning. Maybe gossip less with your coworkers until you finish your tasks. I walked in a for pickup and was told to check the rack...that was empty, which i saw was empty when i walked in. The staff would know that if they were paying attention to what they are doing. They even made their own modifications that i didn't put on my order. They took additional items off that i did not specify to remove.

Jimmy johns is freaky fast and good 👍. Not a hot sub place but good quality sammiches.
Jimmy John's is nice and quick. I think their sandwiches could have more meat and the meat could be more fresh. I also think they could do more with lighting to brighten up the place. . My wife and I will not stop going to Jimmy John's because it is quick and the food is good.

If I could rate 0 stars i would. Made an order and never got a call to say they voided the order. Had to call almost an hour after to figure it out. Guy on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful with obviously no experience with management of any kind.
