Nothing wrong with the speed of service, store cleanliness, or staff pleasantness. In fact, all of that was great.

But why is it $1.40 to add cheese! That caught me off guard. I know Jimmy John’s are individually owned, but other ones I’ve been to (even at airports), the additional charge for cheese is only 75 cents. A single original sandwich here was $11.06 - no chips or drink 😵 I know prices are high and eating out is expensive, but yikes.

If I'm in a hurry and want a sub this is where we go. We went the other day, the staff is always friendly and good at their jobs, the place is clean, the food is fast, and the bread is much better than the other commercial sub shops. My only complaint? Two subs and two fountain drinks were nearly $30. I know prices are high everywhere, maybe not their fault, but wow.

Get rid of your point of sale system that makes it almost impossible to not leave a tip. No other fast food place does this... Pay your employees, JJ.

Ordered sandwiches today had delivered by DoorDash. Ordered the Beachclub sandwich was missing cucumber Avocado, really sold me on this was the Avocado. Called spoke with Manager on duty to see if we could correct the order, response was to deal with DoorDash. They didn’t make the order incorrect apparently the manager did we sent pictures so he would be able to see. His inappropriate response was to just hang up. Not a fan at all first time tying and this will be my last. Guest service was the worst.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and protocols in place. I understand that the store was closed due to a break-in and that you’re waiting for an area manager to release operations—but there should be a better process for notifying customers.

I drove over 45 minutes to pick up my order, only to find out that you weren’t opening. There was more than enough time to send a notification or update customers in advance. It’s frustrating to make that kind of trip with no notice.

I hope you’ll consider improving your communication protocols for situations like this moving forward.

Just trying to get a pickle sandwich!

I work down the street and order from here all the time. Why? Because the food is consistently quality and the delivery drivers are always fast & friendly. They nail it 100% of the time.

Over priced. Staff not very friendly. Chili's across the street is cheaper and friendlier.

I usually love Jimmy John’s and am a loyal customer. The last couple of times I’ve ordered Jimmy John’s, I’ve been extremely unsatisfied. This order I placed today, was the last straw. I placed an online order for delivery for a toasted sandwich. 1. It took over an hour to arrive 2. It was delivered through Uber Eats 3. It arrived at the wrong address 4. It was EXTREMELY soggy. I called the store and the lady on the phone was super kind and was quick to make and send me a new sandwich, this time delivered by one of her drivers and not soggy. I received this sandwich quicker this time but again the quality of my sandwich was terrible. Very soggy and not like the previous ones I’ve ordered. I paid $20+ for this sandwich and I think it’s time for me to move on to another sandwich place.

Shocked at our order. You never know the quality of the individual taking your order. Some want the best for you, some just stand there. We thought, based on our conversation, our Un-wich had all JJ fun tasty freebies, nope, $25, 2 unwich we had none of the freebie extras. Why, weren't as ask if we want any freebies. Poorly trained help.

Went in today 1/31 11am and they have no bread. I go to the one on swan and they are out of my tuna sandwich. What the hell

Let me first start by saying Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places to eat. I went in to get a sandwich tonight And after placing my order, I was met with the dreaded tip screen. There wasn’t even an option to say no you could just choose other and put in your own tip amount. If the service is good, I will usually tip in cash after I eat so I pressed other and entered in zero dollars. When I got my sandwich, it literally had no turkey on it at all. When I went up and asked the lady working, she said she just forgot to put the turkey on? So I figured no problem. I’ll just get the side of turkey and put it on my sandwich. She gave me the smallest three slices I’ve ever seen. I paid $18 for the sandwich and chips. I think because I didn’t tip on my card she tried to Give me a sandwich with no meat. What is this world coming to?
