Let me first start by saying Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places to eat. I went in to get a sandwich tonight And after placing my order, I was met with the dreaded tip screen. There wasn’t even an option to say no you could just choose other and put in your own tip amount. If the service is good, I will usually tip in cash after I eat so I pressed other and entered in zero dollars. When I got my sandwich, it literally had no turkey on it at all. When I went up and asked the lady working, she said she just forgot to put the turkey on? So I figured no problem. I’ll just get the side of turkey and put it on my sandwich. She gave me the smallest three slices I’ve ever seen. I paid $18 for the sandwich and chips. I think because I didn’t tip on my card she tried to Give me a sandwich with no meat. What is this world coming to?

the food was so good and the people were so kind and remade one of my sandwiches for me because there was jus a bit too much horseradish sauce. they’re honestly amazing and i would 1000000% return

I ordered through the app. Usually our order gets dropped off within 30 minutes. This time I had to call the store after an hour with no delivery. They weren't sure what happened. Hopefully the driver is ok. Jessica was very nice and helpful refunding my order but I doubt I will order from here again.

Went in today for a Cubano got the smallest sandwich I've ever seen in my life I would not shop at this location when I called to talk to the manager he basically told me if I didn't like it too bad bad Business bad manager bad Sandwich I won't be visiting Jimmy John's anymore.

This is for the Park Ave store near the UofA. It’s a good sun. Lots of meat and good soft bread. Lots of sandwich options. (17 choices). I enjoyed the spicy east coast Italian sub but it was not really spicy. A regular size was a great lunch. A giant would be for two. VictorB

I eat from this location ALL the time. As I write this I’m STILL waiting for my order to be delivered.. ordered about 28 minutes ago on a 30 minute lunch.. called and talked to Becca and she was rude and not sympathetic and offered no recourse for this lateness. Terrible manager and def won’t be ordering from here again.Edit: 35 minutes after ordering driver finally arrived with a terrible attitude.she went to the wrong address and had the audacity to blame me! Tipped her $2 still and she didn’t even say thank you! I wish I could take that back as her shxtty attitude wasn’t even worth the $2. What a terrible representation of Jimmy John’s that both this driver and manager are. You can Do better Jimmy John’s.
