I work near by and it’s my go to lunch choice, it’s fast and fresh. The delivery fees are very reasonable. I love me some Jimmy Johns sandwiches.

Horrible experience. I ordered on my lunch break that was my first mistake apparently. Freaky fast? Absolutely not, took over 30 minutes to get my food delivered and I'm essentially across the street. I ordered thru the app because I am pregnant and I wanted my sandwich a specific way. I get my order and they forget several ingredients. I call them for them to remake it and wait another 15-20 minutes for me to get my lunch I originally ordered. The girl tells me she will put a sandwich on file for me on the house. I call the following week to redeem my sandwich as I forgot to bring my lunch. She reads back my sandwich order to me and informs me I'll have to pay taxes on their attempt at righting the situation. I agree because I need lunch even though making someone pay for your mistake is a wild concept to me. I get my semi free sandwich and what do you know??? It's wrong YET AGAIN! At this point I'm beyond upset and I should not have had to pay taxes to have my time wasted a second week in a row. I've ordered Jimmy John's many times before but this location is absolutely horrendous all around and that really sucks because I'd like to order my favorite sandwich occasionally during my lunch at work. 0/10 0 stars. Beyond disappointed and I genuinely wish all locations could be run the same. I'm at a loss. Never thought it could be so annoying and time consuming to order a freaking sandwich.
Placed small order 30 minutes ago and still no food. My lunch break is now over and I still have no food. My coworker orders from here also and her food Is always late too. Not ordering from here again.

Great subs and fast friendly service. I needed to feed a small group so I ordered ahead via phone and it worked out like a dream. I gave them. 10 minute head start and when I walked in, I just paid, and they handed me a box with all my food and drinks!Easy beazy.VictorB

Came in 35 minutes before the closing time posted on the front door (and online) only to be told by the employees that they were closed for the night. If I had shown up 5-10 minutes before closing, I would get it, nobody wants customers at the very end of the night. But 35 minutes? Seems a bit much. Also if you're closed, lock the doors so customers don't keep coming in only to be told you're closed for some reason. I shouldn't be surprised, this location in particular is usually terrible.
