The food was always amazing, been a bit of the last 2 times. A young man about the age of 30 ish seems really unhappy to serve there, kinda iffy about telling him if I can have a bit more cilantro.?? The girls there are sweet & already serve with a smile.I drive 40 minutes to eat there.

Yum! I had the Reggie poke bowl, and it was excellent. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the Hercules pita bowl, and he really liked it too. I like poke, but my husband doesn't like seafood, so it's nice that they have a range of options. I also appreciate the healthy and nutritious options. The employees were very friendly and kind.

I've had to cut way back on eating out due to dietary restrictions... and since we full-time travel it's not always easy to find a place to eat "on the fly." I Yelped for "gluten free" like I usually do and BOOM up popped this Jimmy's Pita & Poke place, to which I crinkled my brow and thought, "What's a poke?!" Well... whatever a poke is, the bowl I had them custom build for me was FREAKING DELICIOUS. My only concern was they warm the gluten-infested pitas on the same grill, so if you're severely celiac you may have an issue with warm/grilled ingredients. However they seemed to have plenty of "cold" salad-type options that were still delicious looking, so there's plenty of options! The gal that helped me with all my questions was awesome to work with... over-the-top service! And the bright-colored Arizona-themed murals made for a fun dining in experience. Overall, 5 stars and we'll be back for sure!

I'm diabetic and I have some food allergies so this is the perfect place for me. The food was fresh and the service I received was Ava was hands down the best. She let me try the different tuna varieties to see which one was best. She truly cared about my needs.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic, gluten and milk.
I have weird food allergies and this is one of the places I like to eat because they will look out for me. They also keep the different ingredients clean and separated. The staff is always friendly if you need something quick you can grab a Poke in just a minute or two, if you want hot food it will be made in front of you and fresh so it will take a minute. All the food here is great.Dietary restrictions: All the food has a build your own option so it is easy to exclude things you cannot eat and the hot food is cooked right in front of you, the meat's salt and pepper is what hits the grill.

So good. We live in Vail but every time we are on the north side we make a stop here. Never had the pita. The poke is delicious. Fresh ingredients and plenty of options! Done in or take out. You should try Jimmy's!
