I love jimmys! The food is so good I always get a hot bowl with chicken. Aly and Shai are the nicest workers! Always polite and helpful and ensures the food is perfect. Definitely give them a visit!

i love jimmys poke bowls, i really do. before continuing i must say i only ever doordash from here, i havent gone in-person. i find that even if i order the large poke bowl, i seem to get the same amount of fish as a regular. its not a big deal to me, the dollar difference isnt all that much. im just wondering why this is the case.

I ordered The Munson and it was awful. The gyro meat was overcooked and cut up in small pieces, it almost looked like beef jerkey. There was way too much tzatzki sauce, and I asked for no onions. There were so many onions, it took me a good 3-4 minutes to spoon them out. My boyfriend loves their poke bowls, but I'm not a poke person so I was happy for the pita option. I don't know if it was just an off night but not a good experience for my first time.

Absolutely rude staff. Said order would be right out for pickup 20 minutes later everyone who came in after me had been served and was still waiting. Staff was rude yelled about it being busy and understaffed.

Poke bowls are amazing. Yesterday I wanted to show my mom this spot. We walked in. & the staff (besides one gentleman who was handing out the utensils) were so rude. They seemed to be stressed because it was busy. My mom had questions & the girl taking our order would give one word answers, she’d reply fast, & was annoyed. She was 0 help. The guy who was adding our veggies was annoyed because we would pick something we wanted in the section “he wasn’t at yet” he’d say “okay but what about this section, I’ll get to that section later” as if he was going out of way. The other location is not like this at all. I got to pick what I wanted w out it being a big deal cause “he wasn’t at that veggie section yet” I was so disappointed because I really love their poke & wanted my mom to enjoy it too. My mom’s poke was so bland cause she didn’t want to bother them. The location on university needs to be better at customer service. I’m so disappointed

Deleted my original review after an email exchange with management and thought they were genuine and and cared about their customers but it's all for show. Offered gift card after I offered to delete review. Deleted review, no gift card and they went silent. So now one star.....

I came here the first time in August after moving here from Texas and I was on the hunt for a good Poke Bowl. Jimmy’s did NOT disappoint and I have been back several times since then. The ingredients are always super fresh and the sauces are all so delicious and bursting with flavor. Their spicy mayo is very tasty and I love to load extra in my bowls. I’ve been to the other location but I like this one better because everyone is always so friendly and greets you with a big smile and is always happy to chat you up a little, no matter how busy they are. I’ve gotten it as delivery through GrubHub and gotten it as take out too.

The jimmy poke bowl and Reggie’s Bowl is our favorite. My daughter and I can’t wait to try other dishes from the menu, also the clean and friendly atmosphere's is always a huge delight to visit besides the Yummy poke. I hope there will be a third location in the west side of town in the near future. ?

One of my fav places in Tucson! The fish and other ingredients are so fresh and the prices are reasonable. But what really makes it a standout is the customer service! In particular, both Alexa and Alli are so kind and accommodating (I have a gluten allergy and they always remember and make sure to be careful with my order). I'd highly recommend dining here and make sure to tip well!

Went there as was looking for a healthy meal. It was exactly that. The menu was a bit confusing at first but they explained it to me and we ordered. Portions were good and enjoyed the meal. Not a place to sit and eat but a good option to grab and go something healthy.

I ordered delivery. My large poke bowl was supposed to have 3 scoops of fish. Mine came with no fish. I’m assuming they packaged the fish separately and didn’t put it in the bag. Very disappointing for a $20+ meal. My “can of soda” came in a plastic cup and the ice was already melted. The pita bowl looks good at least.
