Bar service always excellent, but at the restaurant was slow, liver and onions bad Prime where very good but we ordered a Duck came late,.
The Cork has found its footing after switching owners. The food is as good as it always was, and it was a great evening.
This is our 3rd visit! And service was great as usual. The food was amazing. Had escargot and as usual...didn't disappoint.
Very good, but the experience was not up to our past visits. Seems as if they might have been understaffed. Our waitress was responsible for our entire section of perhaps 6 tables. Through no fault of her own, she struggled to keep up. Noticing her predicament, we made the best of it. My wife didn't enjoy her halibut which is unusual. In past visits its been delightful. The wine I asked for was not not available due to an in progress rework of the wine list. The recommended alternative was no where near as good. Finally, it took forever for dessert to be delivered, although each one was wonderful when it finally came.
Although not known for fine dining, the food was top notch from the rib eye, to the salmon, to the lamb. Everyone raved about the flavors. It's an old fashioned place that could use a refresh or remodel but worth visiting.
We were fortunate to have sat al fresco, where the ambiance was delightful and quiet; it was somewhat boisterous inside- just large tables of friends having fun. The food was delicious and our server very attentive. Would definitely recommend!
Another great experience. Keep providing the excellent service and great food and we will be back again and again!
After many times, our waiter had difficulty getting the right steaks and vegetables on the PLATES Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the Court service and everything about your restaurant. Thank you very much.
It was a great experience from ambiance to food to service! Be sure to save room for dessert - the Tipsy Affogato was the perfect ending to our meal!!
Went to the Cork because we were excited to taste some game meats and the Cork did not disappoint. We started with the trio of venison, bison and elk. While the portions of each could have been better, they were each delicious in their own right, but the venison was the best. We then ordered the duck for the main. I love hoisin sauce so the fact that it was the sauce didn't bother me. My only criticism is it seemed like the just poured the hoisin straight out of the bottle over the duck. I would have expected more given the cost and nobody just wants their duck covered in plain sauce. We also had the cheesecake and tipsy affogato for dessert. We ate will and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Tucson.

Great food. Everything made to perfection! Steaks, lobster tail, mushed potatoes. Delicious!!
Soda an off brand; salad chunky, dressing watery; baked potatoe bland: bacon & butter ice cold. Outstanding flavor & presentation: lobster tail; bison; bread pudding. Waiter the best; served pleasantly and was not obtrusive.

Second time at The Cork. It was just as wonderful. Great food and wines. Love the desserts. Our waiter was friendly and professional.
My wife and I have been going to this place for our anniversary for years. We get the same thing every time. Last night the food came out burnt on outside and raw in middle. We asked if they good redo with less burnt char: manager and chef came out very defensive. Claiming it was perfectly cooked and that's how it was supposed to be. We explain how we wanted it and over the many years we have come here it was never served so crispy Burnt. They said there is really nothing they can do pick another meal. We said no remake what we want with less char. After heated debate chef went back in kitchen and remade both are meals perfectly. It's not that he couldn't he just didn't want to. As much as chefs are trained to cook and prepare meals, the final decision is up to customers whether they are insulted or not. They also never came back to make sure next meal was ok. Now with all that said, the waitress was wonderful, friendly and understood are complaints. So when they said the meal would come out the same based on are wantcooking requests, why did it come out differently the second time with are requests being exactly the same just less char? They did force my wife to butterfly her steak, even though she didn't want it that way, but mine was exactly the same request. For a bill of almost $200.00 for two people and are z30th wedding anniversary it should have not gone down that way.
Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The ambience was perfect, warm, inviting, and beautifully set for an evening of great food and conversation. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the evening's specials. The restaurant offered an impressive selection of wines, both from nearby regions and from abroad. I enjoyed a glass from Italy that was absolutely delicious, as was the Merlot we had alongside our meal. We started with the sliced prime rib appetizer, which exceeded our expectations-tender, flavorful, and a perfect start to the evening. For our entrées, we ordered the jalapeño bacon wrapped bison filet mignon and the beef filet mignon. Both were cooked perfectly to our liking tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Sides were also 🤌🏼 Our dishes were cleared promptly yet politely, allowing us space and time to relax, enjoy our wine, and savor the moment. Everything about the experience-from the service to the food to the atmosphere was outstanding. We left completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit. M.Myers
