We had steak at this restaurant. Busy on a Wednesday night. The bison steak was particularly good and the teriyaki steak tips were too salty and therefore I did not finish the serving. Very much an old school restaurant. With tip and no alcohol—- it was $75 each. Down the track we might try the duck.

We were celebrating our anniversary in the back room on Saturday. We were positioned at a table right by the kitchen, so it was loud. It was quite alarming to witness one of the chefs hacking and coughing and wiping his nose in the open kitchen. We had to leave after appetizers I was so grossed out. We went next door to uncorked and had a great meal.

I took my parents there for a nice dinner when they visited from out of town. We had the bison filet, rack of lamb and duck, all of which were excellent. The real star of the show though was our server Dailee. She was incredibly attentive and charming. Definitely go and be sure to ask for her!

Im to start off with saying well done 👏. This place is amazing. My woman I went here for our anniversary and couldn't have been happier with the decision. Everything was exquisite. My lady had the surf and turf which was cooked to perfection and I had the venison and asked for a good wine to pair with it. The pairing was perfect and showed the professionalism of the bartender and server. Every staff member seemed to be passionate and attentive. Our server Matt was outstanding, above and beyond service, that young man has a bright future in this industry. If youre on the fence...Just go. A tad expensive but very well worth it and you get what youre paying for you will not be disappointed I promise you. New favorite spot, with rare selections of game meat.

Absolutely the best meal we've had here in Tucson. Prime Rib & Filet was so flavorful and tender. Salad was great. Bread was so soft & warm. Staff was attentive, and very sweet.

Perhaps, if there are not enough tables available, it would have made sense to not take my reservation for six people!? That way, there would not have been need to scramble and kick us out in the middle of dessert? Just a thought... I could have found a different restaurant at which to make a reservation, if it could simply have been made known to me that there is such a dearth of tables. -all the best!

We have been eating at The Cork since Jonathan opened it. The noise from the bar can get to be too much. However, we sit in the back, get good service and the food is great!

The service was exemplary! Delicious food - particularly the rack of lamb, and perfectly prepared veggies. Not able to bring our own wine, which was the only disappointment. Nothing else to complain about. And although we didn't partake, they have a KILLER Bourbon list.

This was a really nice girls evening out! I recommend that you get the appetizer with the three medallions of venison, elk, and bison so you can get a taste of each meat. I enjoyed the elk with the berry topping very much and was glad that I had the opportunity to try it before I got an entire meal. My best friend had the filet wrapped in jalapeno bacon, which she said was excellent. Our server, whose name I forgot (I'm sorry!) was really friendly and he was able to answer our questions about the different meats on the menu. It was a nice place to spend an evening catching up and we'd go there again!

We were outside on a beautiful evening being waited on by Skyler who was super attentive to anything we needed. The salmon and prime rib with garlic potatoes was delicious. We will be back and also check out the bustling happy hour.
