Stopped by this nutrition shop and was impressed. I tried a refreshing tea blend with green tea, black tea, guarana, collagen, B-complex vitamins (including B12), electrolytes, and a mix of berries like pomegranate and blueberry — super energizing and clean. I also had a banana-chocolate protein shake with real banana chunks — smooth, satisfying, and just the right balance of sweet and filling. Great customer service and quick.
Perfect combo for a workday boost. It felt hydrating, revitalizing, and not heavy at all. Highly recommend swinging by if you need something refreshing, nutritious, and energizing to get through your day.

I was the only one in the shop as I just missed the rush. I ordered the roast beef and cheddar on an onion roll. When i got home, there was just one small slice of roast beef in the sandwich. I went there, because my neighbors in my senior community raved how thick their sandwiches were, etc. There's even a menu up on our clubhouse board. One slice of beef! ONE! I wasted $8.67. I am very disappointed in the Sausage Shop!

When I couldn't get a cup of water at the sausage market in 109 degree weather. The nutrition bar, who's business is drinks gave me a glass and even their water tasted like it had come from a spring in Nirvana so

Great sandwiches. However it is overshadowed by rude condescending attitude from the girl taking the order. I called my boyfriend to see what bread he wanted and she just pointed at sign. It said “no cell phones.” Coupled with the look I got and the fact that I was the only one in the deli. I felt as though the food isn’t worth the atmosphere. Good luck if you decide to go there. This was my second visit and both were the same. Rude. Can you say zero stars?
