I was not expecting this place to be the gem it is.My partner and I stopped in because we're trying to find all the fun local sandwich spots and I've driven by here so many times. She got a super delicious French dip, with a wonderfully soft bun, a perfect amount of roast beef, a generous slice of Swiss cheese, and plenty of jus for dipping.I got a chicken breast sandwich with cheese, poblano pepper, and some veggies on top. The chicken was just barely cooked enough, which is exactly how I like it. Any more and it risks drying out on the bun.We both got tots with our sandwiches. I almost tried the waffle fries, but I cannot ever resist tots. They were perfectly salted, crispy on the outside, and soft and pillowy on the inside.Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Our server answered our few questions about the menu and she was incredibly pleasant. And the prices were so fair. We're excited to try more food here!

Brought my wife, daughter and grand daughter here for lunch and it was perfect. Kris, our waitress was bubbly and friendly and took excellent care of us. It was our first time in and she knew it right away. I had the Ruben and it was hot and delicious, with Tots that were nice and crispy. My wife had a BLT and she liked it. Daughter had the Turkey club and it was a classic with three pieces of bread, cut into triangles and speared. But the big hit was the onion rings. Grand daughter says best ever! Will be back.

Fantastic hidden gem in Tucson. Delicious homemade specialty sandwiches paired with traditional all-American pub fare. Betty White approved ;-)

Waited 10 minutes For them to send somebody to the front to see us. Then they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. Food used to be good don’t know. We didn’t stay to find out.

We picked this place out of the blue. It was a hot day, and we had our 2 doggies and everyone welcomed us with open hearts. We got to meet & great amazing people ❤️ with acceptance. They talked to us, learned about the breed and we saw a little change in each person for the dogs. I love letting my dogs show how amazing they are and the breed. Food was just a topping to a great acceptance. We will be back every time we visit the area. ( my pups are both pit bulls, and carry multiple types of certifications, real ones . I'm so proud of them. )

Vegetarian options: Saw it on the menu and they are happy to make any accommodations, I fully would trust them. To know , or ask every detail to make it happen correctly. We have only been once, so far.

Parking: Big dirt lot. Be respectful of parking. Don't be that person who blocks or just isn't kind.. just a free-for-all all parking. Couple of big trees, get there early for the tree spots

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely

Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I could tell absolutely, I commented on being able to get my chair in comfortably if I needed it that day.. Plenty of room for the person I saw using a walker . So yes

My wife Beth and I went to Kappy's this past Saturday night to watch the UA football game, and enjoy a meal and some beers. It was so nice to see Kris, an old friend and probably the best server we've ever had , as well as a very nice and warm individual. The food was excellent, beers were ice cold, service outstanding , and overall ambience relaxing and fun.We plan on returning soon and often. Thanks for everything Kris and kurt!

Typical bar restaurant with the usual sandwich/burger menu. I had the French Dip which was terrible. Dry, overcooked beef, a single slice of deli swiss cheese on a huge, tasteless white bread roll. Just terrible. I'd pass on this one.

I love Kappys! I crave their food and always look forward to seeing Chris and Kurt! You can dine at table, a booth, or belly up to the bar and enjoy a cold one! Friends meet up here and come back for the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere!

Went for the fish and chips. Pretty good! Dirt parking lot with no parking spaces. I liked the old fashioned cash register at the entrance. No sign for seat yourself or wait to be seated. After two minutes a waitress told us to sit wherever we wanted.
