I paid for a Maxwell with a pizza puff waited a long time and they gave me a Chicago dog instead of a Maxwell I should've just ordered Portillos
It's not Kenny ds it's Tommy ds. It's yerrible. I think the meat was rancid

2nd time we have ordered food from here and my sausage sandwich, twice had no onions, ordered extra onion both times. Someone isn't paying attention to the orders

Food was hot and fast, however, the sauce on my chicken parm was not as flavorful as in the past. I do like that I can call in my order and 10 minutes later pick it up at the drive thru window.
Italian combo is really good! Like everything else, it's gone up. Still à great sandwich!
I've been going to Kenny D's for 20 years even with ownership changes. It hasn't changed much until recently. The prices have skyrocketed. I understand that prices do go up, but they have really gone up. I like Kenny D's and will continue to go but not as frequently.

Waited for our delivery almost an hour and then cancelled. I called the restaurant and no answer. They were still open according to the website.
Very poor customer service, super rude staff, very very slow. Customers seem to be an inconvenience.
Walked in to correct a take out order, as I opened the door the teenage man behind the counter cussed loudly. No greeting at the counter. Had to ask him to correct this poorly made order, only to find out they were out of what we ordered. When asked why he charged us for what they didn't have, he reached into the cash drawer and tossed some change on the counter.no apologies or explanation. Very poor customer service. It's an open kitchen where everyone can communicate. Don't charge for something you don't have. Will not be returning and will spread the word. .. shameful. Used to be a great place.
