Already rated this place on to other sites and as I said I am always up for KFC depending on which location you go to I believe the food to be good prepared daily and competitively priced good place to stop for a healthy meal that is centrally located fast with friendly people

This kfc is runned by kids they don't care about the customer . cursing out loud and talking about there personal lives like no one is around. Went to eat here with my family and they didn't care one bit about anything. The manager her self keeped telling the kids tell everyone chicken is not ready for another 15 min . Why wouldn't they have chicken cooking and ready for the customers. Then I find out kfc discontinued the girl chicken forever that made me sad. This particular KFC chicken taste like flower and meat put together no seasoning whatsoever. There was one lady that was working I believe Hispanic she was the only one that had customer service apologize for the kids having such a loud conversation and try to make everything better by giving us cookies and drinks which I'm not in it for the free food or cookies or what not but it was very appreciated that she tried to apologize to us and make it better I work in the hospitality industry and everything about this lady made me not want to punch those kids in the faces. I get it kids first jobs summer jobs but they're giving KFC a really bad rep. I've been to many KFC's and this is probably the worst one I have witnessed yet. so I do want to thank that lady for being very hospitable she wasn't even manager she was just a worker and she was better than the manager people just need to stop hiring kids that think they know it all you get people like this lady to help run the place they're going to lose a lot of business the other way. but don't take my word and you choose to go eat here you will be waiting 30 40 minutes for your chickens with no flavor and very few hospitality quality . I wish I would have got her name but I didn't. But thank u for being great at your job keep up the good work. And to those kids learn if your going to be working in hospitality

None of their food was ready when we walked in so clearly the employees don't not get there early enough to have everything ready for when they open the doors for business. Dining area was a bit dirty, tables were sticky as were the chairs, I did notice that the dining area needed a lot of attention as far as wiping down there trash receptacles and so on and so on. As far as our food goes everything we had was very good and delicious and cooked perfectly.
This place is ridiculous. When we went to the drive thru the person who answered said all the chicken would be a 20 min wait. We really didn't have anything to do so we waited. The Hispanic lady at the counter was very nice and gave us free drinks for waiting. The ice machine had no ice. The people working the back were just highschool kids and every person that came thru the response was the same. It's going to be 20 min. When the food came the manager showed up and she looked like she hadn't washed or taken off her uniform in two weeks. By this time the kids in the back were cussing up a storm and she joined right in. Again more customers came and this time the manager told them it would be 20min at least. The Hispanic lady was embarrassed by their behavior and offered us a cookie and appologized. A cute pharmacy worker came in and one of the highschool boys made her food right away. He even found some bags of ice to put in the machine. Unfortunately he left the drive thru machine without ice and now all the workers kept having to come around the counter to fill drinks. All the while the manager just stood there. The only person the kids seemed to respect was the Hispanic lady. She said something to them in Spanish and they shut up and got to work briefly. The last straw was when the manager checked the bathroom and said it looks better than most days. Didn't clean or attempt to clean. But of course why would she ? Dirty is how she rolls. We stopped eating and thru our food away. Not worth it getting sick for these people.

The popcorn chicken in my Famous bowl tasted and looked like it was a day old. Same thing with the chicken little that i bought. Will never be back.
