You make me order at the kiosk. After I pay, you tell you don't have original recipe. That's the whole reason I came.

This food is so gross. ALL of the food was either cold or luke warm. I grew up eating KFC and it just doesn't taste the same. The chicken sandwich was coated is nasty mayo. I ordered on line and there was no area to omit condiments. They forgot one of my fries but when I called back management was nice and offered a fresh fry on my next visit. Which is why they even got 3 stars. (Problem...I probably won't go back) Quite honestly. They aren't that good.

Service here is a joke! It doesn’t matter if you order in the app or in the drive thru you will be waiting 20 mins for your meal. My tenders weren’t cooked all the way I had to throw my whole meal away it was gross!

I thought,I wasn't going to come back to this location, don't know what happened to me again, 7 or 8 times I have been here, waited for about an hour to get my food, there was many more customers waiting for their food, but nobody said anything, I had to get up and check on my food 25 minutes after I got there, first time I Asked they said 20 minutes wait, they laid 40 minutes later my food still wasn't ready...
But I swear I am not coming back to KFC location on Wetmore av & 1st st.

i can only echo what other reviews have said. i have now visited this location twice and the service is absolutely abysmal. although the staff were nice enough, the wait time is ridiculous. the first time, we ordered one sandwich and 2 biscuits. there was NO line and this order took over twenty minutes to come out. we were directed to wait in the parking lot, by several other cars i can only assume had the same experience.

the second time, we ordered online and the website directed us to check the pickup counter. we arrived on time and the order wasn’t there. after another twenty minutes, we asked the people behind the counter who had the order the whole time in their prep area. the name was never called and the order was never put in the designated pickup area. despite this, the other customers also seemed to be waiting excessive amounts of time for their orders.

unfortunately, there are clearly some sort of organizational or staffing issues that need addressed desperately. we will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered online and picked up through drive thru. Customer service was excellent and food was ready when I arrived. It was hot and fresh. Everything was in the bag. It was fast convenient and the food was excellent!!

I have ordered at the drive through twice now.
The first time I waited 20 minutes for ONE biscuit.
The most recent time I waited 50 minutes for ONE famous bowl - they were short staffed, yet two employees were just walking around and one of those on their phone. There were several others ahead of me that had waited over an hour.
Despite the ridiculous wait, I do want to give major respect to one employee though (maybe the manager that night? Wish I got their name) they were trying their absolute best under an extremely overwhelming situation.

How on earth does it take a chicken place over an hour and 15 to fulfill an 8 piece chicken order???? Edit: JK they doubled the sides in the bag. That's cool. Now mad anymore. 5 stars!
