Perhaps for good reason (but an inconvenience for customers) both side entrances were secured and beverage dispenser could not be accessed... refill via front counter.
Corn needed salt; Cole slaw was delicious!
Overall experience was poor due to above. We would not return to this store.

I had the worst experience ever. I went on the KFC app and ordered a 16 piece meal original recipe with the advertised discount offer of 40% off. As the bill did not reflect the discount I arrived early at 7:45pm and order was to be ready at 7:55. I asked the cashier why I did not receive the discount. The cashier stated they did not honor the app discounts. I asked why not. The response was simple we just done honor it. The manager I'm assuming approached and was unable to give me additional information. I was frustrated. I asked for the restaurant manager or franchisee name. He stated he did not know. I left after waiting over 20 minutes with no food and no refund.

One word...disgusting! Place smelled like sewage, chicken and biscuit tasted like it was prepared with rancid oil. They didn't have their signature product...original recipe. Normally I avoid KFC and this visit did nothing but reinforce my revulsion. I had a coupon and I still got screwed. Popeyes is superior in every way you can imagine. Even Churches is a better choice. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

This evening on October 31st, We had bought a 12 piece family meal and had found FEATHERS on our drumstick. We drove 15 minutes back after finding the stick half way through the bucket only to be greeted by a manager that refuse to give us a refund or a new bucket. Their suspicion being that it was not a feather and in fact a piece of skin until we had shown it to her, then she had backtracked and said that she personally sought out every order and that we must’ve gotten the feather from somewhere else. We were denied a total refund and offered only two pieces of chicken for the “inconvenience” since apparently we had “eaten half the bucket”. And even though we could have turned around and returned the other 4 pieces of chicken from home that will not be eaten due to sanitation issues.

My last visit everything was perfect. I ordered the 8pc nugget meal with mashed potatoes and an additional side of coleslaw. The food was hot and fresh. The drive thru was surprisingly fast and the employee who helped me out was very kind.

By far one of the worst restaurants I've been to. There were no lids on any of the prepped food, there was standing water under the serving area, staff didn't use gloves when handling our food or containers, there was a sour smell throughout the restaurant, our food sat on the counter not in a warmer or anything. Then, after we got the food home, (9 minutes away) the "fresh" Mac and cheese was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken was warm. Will not be coming back here. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I question the validity of the servesafe certifications that were displayed by the menu board.

The portion size of the “famous bowl” is significantly smaller than it used to be and than advertised. Ordered 2 bowls, each had 5 pieces of chicken. When these came out, they would be full of everything in them. Now, it looks less than a child size portion. Not famous at all.

Don't order here, they're unresponsive and if these in-store customers don't get what they paid for, don't even think about what the door dash orders are like. I ordered a 5 piece via door dash and only received 3 and one of the tenders were basically solid.

sitting in front of store waiting on my chicken strips...635 pm ordered and told ready in 5 minutes please park in front of store...now at 751 pm nothing....DO NOT GO HERE

*Update went inside and got food....no one in the storeGuy read receipt and made meal, handed to me and employee walked outside to smoke. Not a single word said to me. Money is tight and KFC will not see my money again. But then again no one cared at this location

This place has horrible service. They Never Have The Food Ready to Go. Never Enough Workers Obviously. Always Have a Group of Ppl Waiting in The Lobby. I placed my order ahead of time on the app, because that's what it's supposed to be used for instead of waiting in a sea of people my order should be on the shelf ready to go. Of course I walk in & it's not, I'm already rushing to pick up from school & get my order. NOPE! I had to abandon order & leave. Couldn't even go back for my meal because I don't have enough gas to drive BACK all the way out there. Just annoying. I'll never place an order here again. Wakk!

Ordered thru the app. Received an email stating order would be ready at 8:23pm. Got to the drive thru at 8:30 and was told that they forgot to put the chicken in the fryer and it would be another 10 minutes and my order would be brought out to me in my car. I waited another 15 minutes. Went inside and worker said the food was just about done. Waited another 5 minutes before I finally got my food. This location needs a do over
