This location illustrates how a restaurant should NOT be operated.
1. The food is MEH at best.
2. Customer service is severely lacking.
3. Management and employees use a very colorful language that would embarrass a sailor. They aren't above complaining about their jobs and customers within earshot of customers.
4. The restaurant has bad odor (sulfur) that seems to permeate near the restroom.
5. Tables, chairs, and floors seem to have a greasy film on them.
Judging from the reviews people leave, I'm making an educated guess that the owners don't care what goes on in their restaurant.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is, by far, the worst KFC in existence. I have been there about three times. Each time seemingly worse than the last. The last time I went there I arrived three hours before they closed. They didn't have items for half my order. They didn't have any chicken breast or extra crispy. The employee told me "if you come earlier we will have more menu items available." It's not like I showed up 10 minutes before closing time. The food they did give me was cold and stale. Do NOT go to this location.

I placed an online order for my kids' (Christmas dinner), and when I went to pick it up they had canceled it my order, and they had already taken the money from my card.. The manager didn't care.. This place have terrible service. I reorder and for the same order they charge me more money , so more money and my time !!! The chicken tasted horrible and the biscuit was raw!!!

Let me say first, this is my very first review. We we went two days this week, closed both days. This isn't the first time they have been closed at lunchtime. ( Valencia and Cardinal)

The only review you need: I have been here 4 times (online order) and every single time I've gone I go to the drive thru and I'm told something is not available that I order. From an item in the order to the sauce on the wings. Something is ALWAYS missing. I literally wait an extra 20 minutes before I go pick up the food even though it gives a time because it's never ready and yet I get there 20 mins later and it's still not. The food is cheeks (@$$) usually but always hope it'll be better. I've never had a positive experience going here and I love KFC but maybe new management?

The worst $30 we've ever spent. It smells like sewage inside. The chicken was dry and like had no flavor. I got no sauces with my chicken tenders even tho I put it in the order. I feel like something is different because I used to LOVE KFC 10 years ago and it's just not the same anymore. We won't be eating KFC again.
