Worst fast food experience in my life. I ordered online, and it still took over an hour of waiting at the store to get my food. Eight other people there waiting just as long, terrible communication. Manager nowhere to be found watched them, prepare the side dishes, and then discover they were out of chicken. Left the side dishes for 45 minutes getting cold and then served them to me. and from there, the order wasn’t even all correct and no one really seem to care. What’s even worse, the last time I ordered from this location almost a year ago, I had the same experience. Two for two you can cook at home faster than getting food here.

I Visited this KFC location to pick up some meals for my grandkids. The young gentleman greeted me very kindly with a smile. The service was amazing and I only waited about 10 min for them to get my order ready. The atmosphere was inviting. The lobby was clean and organized. What a change from what this store was before. I definetly recommend stopping and getting chicken, and the pot pies.

Had a disappointing visit on Friday November 14. Did a simple order of a 4-piece tender with mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet tea, and a KFC bowl with a side of mac and cheese and a medium drink. App advised it my order was ready, so I went to pick up. I was advised by staff it was not ready and that the app sucks. Guess I should have just used the drive through since the app sucks, but I had used the app and had already paid. I was told I could go through the drive through again or come inside and wait. I had my dog with me, so that was not really an option. They did let me park and say they will bring it to me. I waited 30 min and seen my drinks on the counter. I ended up going inside and the order was wrong, they gave me BBQ tenders with fries, I had to buy 4 tenders because my mom was just out of the hospital and she could not have the BBQ ones. I also asked for my drinks to be remade since they were sitting there for at least 15 minutes. Did not get the mashed potatoes and gravy, but after 45 minutes I was done. The tea was awful and not drinkable. I learned my lesson to not visit this location in the future.

Pls u need urs workers attending with good attitude, I'm drop some packages and using the restroom an someone said the coworker I'm smoking but I'm not smoke is false reporting. I'm working for UPS SONIC AIR I DON'T LIKE SMOKE I'M A CHRISTIAN PERSON. THE PERSON KNOCKS THE DOOR HARDER IS NOT RIGHT DOING SOMETHING FOR THIS SITUATION OR FIRE THE GUY DOING THE FALSE REPORTING. Absolutely awful! A dissatisfied customer because they would not honor the free 8 piece bucket of chicken even though I ordered it online and spent more than $15 as stipulated to take advantage of the promotion and then they would not refund my money. Will not go back in the foreseeable future.

They are out of chicken. I ordered a 2pc original recipe and they are out of chicken. Kentucky fried chicken, out of chicken. Make it make sense.
I have not been there in a while because the service was bad before. Gave it another chance and it has gotten a lot better
I love the green beans and lately not available. This is what makes KFC different from all the others. Please bring green beans back
