we ordered on the app, asap drive thru order. the old us to pull up to the window after confirming the online order, then looks at us like he had never heard of an online order. made us pull up and park. they are making KIDS run around the parking lot chasing down cars trying to find people they made park. dangerous for drivers and the employees that are forced to play guess the car. they also take forever! management needs to be reevaluated in every aspect.

Just remodeled and re- staffed. I absolutely love the reopening. Things are running very smooth. I appreciate the education from the staff members, as navigating through the app can be confusing. I am very pleased with the KFC.

Worst customer service ever! 40 min wait for a 8 piece of chicken is ridiculous, they kept putting out orders that where placed after mine. It’s a place that sells chicken and they never have it ready! Unless u are ready to wait 40 mins to an hour for some food do not come here ! It’s one thing to be short staffed I get it there is no need to be rude to ur customers.
