These dudes forgot 2 of my tenders! Ordered a 5 piece and only got 3!

Maybe 4:50, NOV 15 Picking up a delivery order and saw an employee bullying another employee. An employee is saying “stop it, I don’t like that. Stop saying that” and the other employees are clowning on him “I’ve never met a more sensitive man in my life” “can’t you take a joke.” Made me pretty uncomfortable interacting with him after hearing that
The employee being picked on was nearly crying “stop playing with me like that” and getting upset. I feel bad for him working with these guys picking on him. Not fair to him or the customers who eat here to witness that
This employee picking on the other guy didn’t acknowledge a customer for about 5 minutes and when he finally talked to her he told her she had to wait more with 0 customer service. The customer complained to me and we talked for several minutes. I asked when the order would be ready the guy said “working on it” when I asked for an estimate the just guy said “no” and walked away.
He slid my food on the counter and just said “here”
I asked for his name he said “I ain’t got none”
He’s a black guy, short hair, thin mustache.
I’m going to call corporate, I’ve never seen such bad customer service in a restaurant ever

We went to the drive through after placing a mobile order. They told us to pull to the front, so we did. After waiting almost 15 minutes we went into the store to ask about our food. When we asked when it would be ready, the worker stared blankly at us and pointed to the side. He would not respond to questions, and eventually we figured out that the order had been sitting in the pick-up window the whole time.
I haven't been treated this rudely in years. They didn't even include utensils or napkins.

Served stale wedges that were also COLD , bagged the food Togo after asking us 3-5 times if it was for dine in . Asked what pieces of chicken we wanted and didn’t even. I know this is fast food but come on.

I’m a single mother, My son and I showed up to order chicken and fries, typical order at kfc. We were told to wait 5 minutes for fries.
35 minutes go by and I had to go into the store twice to look for my meal I had paid for. Nothing happened. More food was being handed out to other customers.
I finally asked for a refund. Where the manager told me the total was $24 and I had to show him it was actually $30.92 and pulled up my personal bank account because he kept stating it was 24 he personally rang me up. I had to open my Wells Fargo app.
He then refunded me. So he says. Which happened on 10/2. It is now 10/8 and he can’t tell me why I still haven’t received a refund, told me he’d call his gm to give me another. I couldn’t listen to that. I never received my first refund nor did he want to offer the food I had originally paid for. Fried chicken and fries never seemed so complicated. Or a customer service interaction.
KFC fell so short.
As of today I still have not had my refund. I called to speak to the manager again for my money and or food that I had paid for.
No customer service Overall I wish I could speak to HR about this store.
One of the employees pants were sagging so low that his under area was on the stations he kept passing.
Horrible service and I will take my $30 as a loss.

KFC never disappoints when it comes to crispy chicken. The food came out hot and fresh, and the original recipe still hits every time. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving fried chicken.

I ordered two regular chicken breast and one large coleslaw. I received one regular chicken breast and one extra crispy upper thigh, and one large coleslaw. Last time I ordered two chicken breast, one large coleslaw and one large mashed potato with no gravy. I received the mashed potatoes with gravy. We threw it out. Resturant D212070. I am done with this place.
The best chicken for fast food my kids got Canes but I got KFC and they were telling me after they should have gotten what I did

They missed my drink from the order. Their free chicken buckets are absolutely nasty. The burgers are digusting. Literally wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Added to my list of fast food to never go to again.
