The food is fine, it's KFC, if someone messed that up if be surprised. It was an hour before close, we went through the drive through, they told us to park and the food would be out in a bit. No one had smiles. We waited about 20 minutes and when the worker finally brought the food out he handed it to me and immediately turned and went back inside. The problem was it was the wrong order, which I tried to clarify before he rushed off. They did not offer anything for having to wait so long AND getting the wrong food, very disappointing

I was just in this evening with a coupon for an 8 piece chicken dinner (crispy) with 2 sides and 4 bisquits. I don't know who has the problem here but my order was not fullfilled. I didn't order "dark meat only" and I received 4 legs and 3 thighs. Yes, that's right, 7 pieces of chicken...not 8 but 7 and only dark meat...NOT 1 BREAST. I also believe they skimped on the LARGE SIDES OF COLESLAW. The food is very good when it is fresh but the service sucks! All I can say is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THE DOOR!!!! I'M VERY PO'D!!!!

We ordered online. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, he was told the biscuits would be ~15 minutes. He was offered a large side for the wait. Then he was told the biscuits were available. The order was packaged up and he returned home. When we unpacked the order, not only were there no biscuits, but his Famous Bowl was missing as well. (The large side of mashed potatoes was in the bag). When I tried to call the store to address the issue, they picked up without identifying themselves and then hung up on me, twice. Then did not pick up the phone when I tried to call back after that.
I did call corperate since I was unable to speak to someone directly at the store.

mid afternoon and the place is filthy, garbages are overflowing, there are no sporks to eat the side dishes with. the counter person suggested using the biscuit to eat potatoes. not a single table or saet was clean. disgusting
Just pure bunch of losers, you have to tell them to put napkins and forks or spoons on the orders to go, but go outside to the back and they will be smoking weed😂🤣😂

Ordered online - got there and they were 'out' of what I ordered. No tenders. No biscuits. Not even fries. At noon on a Tuesday. To add insult to injury you need to call the subcontinent to get a refund for something they don't have! Finally - the place was filthy. The food service areas were full of grease. Sure - its fried chicken place - but it looked like it had not been cleaned in a week
