I can solemnly say that this was the worst meal I have had for as long as I can recall. We both ordered a 3-piece meal, classic recipe with mashed & gravy as the side. The meal comes with a biscuit; we took unsweetened iced tea for our drinks. I asked for butter for the biscuit for which they provided something labeled “Buttery Spread”; my girlfriend got the “Honey Sauce” for hers.The person who took our order was nice, friendly, attentive, but what we were served was… well, read on.We then drove the five minutes to James D. Kriegh park for our picnic. Upon opening the box… the chicken was anything but fresh or crispy — more like totally soggy fried breading that was falling off the somewhat undercooked pinkish bird. I would have taken pictures of the mess, but my fingers were already covered in grease, which had also covered my hands down to my wrists — grease everywhere. You’ll have to settle for the picture of the just-opened box — that’s the thigh on top, but the breast was equally bad. The mashed potatoes were average for fast food, nothing to complain about, but the gravy had a slight sweetness such that I wouldn’t be surprised to find it had HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) in the list of ingredients.Speaking of HFCS, it’s the first ingredient in the “Honey Sauce”, followed immediately by “Corn Syrup”. Honey is the fourth ingredient, right after sugar (Sugar? Do you really need to add sugar after the first two ingredients and the honey?), and then… fructose, because apparently this mess just isn’t sickly sweet enough for their average customer. As for the “Buttery Spread”, it’s an emulsion of Soybean Oil and Palm Oil with water… wholesome goodness a la Blue Bonnet.But the biscuit was yummy; just don’t add the “Buttery Spread” unless you enjoy bad margarine and heart disease.In summary, I guess the best part of the meal was the plain biscuit and iced tea. Otherwise, it was all pretty disgusting.This was my first visit to a KFC in about… [paws for reflection]… 20 years, at the now defunct store on Tanque Verde near Kolb/Grant, and now that I recall, _that_ was probably the _last_ worst meal I have eaten. Comparing KFC to its contemporaries in the fried chicken space, even salty, puny Chick-Fil-A is vastly superior. If you’re looking for good fried chicken, I would recommend going to your Tucson-based Lucky Wishbone or at least Popeyes.Shout out to the facilities crew at James D. Kriegh park for assuring there was plenty of soap in the restrooms to get all that KFC grease off my hands. I wonder if KFC has ever considered packaging that grease in small plastic bottles and selling it at Target next to the Astroglide and KY?Vegetarian options: For vegetarian options, I would recommend the "Buttery Spread" and "Honey Sauce".

Ordered online, app said it was ready. It wasn't, they hadn't even started it. Waited about ten minutes and they still didn't start my order. Manager blamed it on being short staffed. Which I would understand if it was busy but it was empty. The tables were filthy and after the long wait is over, some food was cold. No need to speak to the manager, it'll be a waste of time.

I’ve never had kfc until today, it was god awful. I ordered a $20 meal to be shorted a piece of chicken and all the biscuits. The food was actually the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Don’t come here, it’s overpriced for what you get and how you get it.

Haven’t been to this KFC in awhile but our other chicken spot was closed so decided to give this one another chance. Arrived around 12:30pm on a Thursday and had ordered ahead online. The order was correct with everything requested and was warm and tasted great!
My three bowls of mash potatoes were half way filled. Two servings for my kids and one bowl was already done. Nothing compare to other times. Two kids working there need to be more awake and alert.
Went in today with my wife after a fellow chef/ friend told us what he's been up to. After telling us he was working there. We thought uh ok ? but let us know what was going on there with the ĺazyness and filth. We confirmed that it is true while we looked at the menu there's a lot of standing around when they should have been cleaning the prep counters are beyond disgusting pans should have been changed out. Floors swept and scrubbed down. Looks like the floors alone haven't been scrubbed in days. Food on the walls in the BOH Couldn't even wipe down the counters. Let alone change out pans instead let food dry out uncovered. This place is beyond disgusting and disrespectful to the restaurant industry. Thank goodness our friend left after a week. And came back to an actual restaurant. Where we take pride in ourselves, food service, and where we work.

Got the 2 wrap combo. One with spicy slaw one with Mac of cheese. The chicken was good but didn't any slaw in one wrap and maybe got half a teaspoons worth of the Mac n cheese in the other. The fries were cold and my drink was filled to the top with ice and barely any soda. Come on u guys you can do

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Placed an online order and went to pick it up since it said it was ready. Got there and was told still 10 more minutes. Then 45 min later after asking and asking it’s finally ready. I tried to speak with a manager and was told oh well, and I quote “ we don’t care about customer service since we are franchise and it doesn’t matter” . And that if you have an issue they just call the cops on you. Or threaten to. Oh not to mention the food was cold. What a waste of time and money. But like they said they don’t care.
