Whoever is running this store tonight is doing a great job. I went in the restaurant to eat and the customers were happy, food was delicious and the staff seemed to get along and enjoy their job. It was a wonderful thing to see. Good job managers

Was gonna try this dump again but when me and my wife was parking the cook was outside smoking and was just staring us down. We left. Didn't want our food spit on. Have no idea what that was about.

Tried placing an order online,site crashed. Ended up calling it in,showed up food not ready, ran out of corn? Forgot a side mashed potatoes and gravy. Paid over 70$ for absolute crap. Never again.

They never have chicken tenders past dinner hours and sometimes even during lunch, it’s ridiculous. This has been my nearest KFC for years and they consistently have this problem of NOT HAVING CHICKEN. Every time I give this place a chance after several months to a year after a wasted visit, thinking maybe they cleaned up their act, but then I regret it realizing it’s still ran by some clown.

Recently I ordered tenders through their app, pre paid before I got to the location, and they told me they didn’t have tenders and couldn’t give me a refund. They couldn’t give me a refund on the app either through customer support (which took forever) so I had to issue a chargeback through my bank. Which still won’t account for the time and gas I spent going to this waste of real estate. Absurd that this place is even allowed to exist.

Ordered 30 mins ago, they said 10 min wait, served many customers after me, refused to give me a receipt or they would "lose the order" what a joke.

Ordered online asked for honey packets in bag received none had to go inside to ask and got 2 packets. Got home and opened my food to a hair in my mac and cheese, doughy and undercooked biscuits and poorly cooked chicken (both over and under cooked) very disappointed!

Came in with my son later in the evening not busy at all. My son ordered the 4 strip combo. When they came out Jermaine saw that they were not up to quality and said he was not going to serve those, he was going to remake them really quick. While we waited he gave my son a free cake while he waited. Jermaine went above and beyond! Excellent service!
