Went to drive thru on 2/3/24. No honey or butter for biscuits. All the chicken was bland lacking the usual spices and not extra crispy as ordered. Not cooked fresh at all. Same with the green beans, over cooked and tasted terrible. I have been eating KFC all my life ( I am 62) and will never eat here again.

They said they were gonna go with a couple trickin nuggets because they didn't have all the strips we ordered. But all we got was nuggets no strips The Mac and cheese was so dry. It was unedible the coal slaughter like water and the mashed which hairs looked

We asked for Buffalo ranch and we got just one for an 8 piece chicken FAMILY MEAL. And not to mention we got four biscuits and we asked for butter AND HONEY. and we got no honey… Unfortunately I still love the food so oh well.

I've been going to k f c for years and for the last three or four times I stopped in doesn't taste the same, And now the food seems to be not agreeing with me. and it doesn't taste the same like it used to. After last night I am not stopping at k f c anymore. After all these years.
Best fries!!! I’ve tried other locations yet they don’t compare to this KFC!! And the chicken nuggets are equally as good!!! Will always drive a little more to go to this location.

What you would expect from KFC. Double check your order. It's a miracle this location is still open. The food RAW the whole order incorrectly filled out. Ordered chicken strips, the #7 big box with slaw and fries. I got a drum and thigh with mash and Mac and cheese. Mind that I was the only customer in line. Also the drinks had no ice and were flat and warm. NEVER GOING BACK and will not be ordering for my sons birthday next month.

Spent $40 for a family meal. They forgot a side, no mashed potatoes. No forks or napkins. No butter or honey for the biscuits. It's so upsetting and disheartening that you can't even get your family an expensive takeout meal without them forgetting not one, not two, but three things or more.
