My late father judged restaurants on whether they kept his water glass filled and the soup was hot, food was secondary. Based on that Kingfisher would have scored high with him. It did with me and my dining companions as we enjoyed a wonderful seafood experience. We tried both flavors of Oysters Rockefeller where the traditional were the favorite over the ones with bacon. In the latter the bacon overwhelmed the flavor of the oyster. I had the New England clam chowder, not too...

Thank you, Am Bar, for the wonderful service! I ordered calamari, oysters, and fish and chips—easily the best selection I’ve ever had. My server recommended the California oysters, and she was absolutely right. The staff were so attentive, always checking in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Polite, genuine, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!

Let me tell you of our experience here. We dined in, 8/30/25, it was my wife's 68th B'Day.
We arrived about 4:15, we wanted to enjoy a cocktail before being seated for dinner. As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the owner & his wife. We explained that we had reservations for 5, and we were early to catch a cocktail at the bar. They asked if we would like to be seated in the dining room and we chose that option.
